Shopped at Ace Hardware yesterday. What a great store. Big, loaded with awesome merchandise and the employees are right there to help you find everything you're looking for. I was impressed. There's a large parking lot and carts to use when you go in. Very pleasant shopping for both men and women. Stop in and meet these folks. Enjoy!!

This is one of my favorite stores. They have absolutely everything there. Every time I walk in someone immediately offers to help me find what I need. I recommend everyone go here before going all the way to Hyannis.

Nice selection of items and relatively good pricing. There does seem to be an issue with some of the checkout clerks, with the exception of one or two of the regular clerks, they are just plain rude. One guy at the register, who was clearly having a bad day, was so rude it was appalling - absolutely No communication whatsoever (not a hello, not a hi, no nothing) just a stare as he huffed and puffed about being at the register. I refuse to go back and will go to the Chatham store instead - much friendlier staff who actually say hello and try to help instead of just a stare down of a paying customer trying to do business at a local shop versus Amazon or home depot. Frankly, I wish I had jotted down his name, but clearly was a manager who thought it was beneath him to help a customer and made sure I knew it. Terrible!
