On a good day in this store you'll be lucky to get service... If you're asking for delivery forget about it.. I don't have a choice. I have to shop with these idiots. They haven't got a order right in a year.. They actually spite customers.. They also upsell you when they're not supposed to be. They have the items in the store. That's the one I want... But no they upsell you 5 to ten dollars more.. Out of ten orders i'm gonna say one was right.. I'm not sure whether there employees know how to read right. I'm not sure but they don't get anything right in that store.. And when you go there in person there mean as hell.. Nasty nasty people.. Screaming and yelling at customers.. The attitude store if they were smart they'd close it.

It is pretty small compared to the average sized store nationwide, and it becomes more apparent in season. The 'Don't even bother with a cart' kind of busy can happen. The stocking issue seems to be a permanent thing here as far as the bread aisle at least. Also they just don't carry certain things period (Ex. Kewpie Mayonnaise) and things on sale in the circular can regularly be sold out by Monday morning.
Otherwise it is a clean store with friendly enough staff.

Bright, clean supermarket. Not the biggest, but it has everything you might want at middle-of-the-road prices. The on-site bakery is exceptional. A good bet all around.

It made me really uncomfortable when a worker was standing at the door yelling at people to take their hoods off DURING A STORM. She could have at least let them get inside first.

I tried Shaw's online delivery service four times before saying, "Torment me no more!" Firstly, they don't have their own trucks as does Stop & Shop. They use Uber, Lyft and restaurant meal delivery people who are VERY unreliable, nasty, abusive and rude. I received three deliveries, one of which was accompanied with a slur. A very crude, bitter, unkempt "man" called me a "fa**ot" which was very cutting and hurtful. The fourth delivery was the final straw. I called Shaw's online delivery customer service and the store on Sisson in Harwich numerous times, afraid I would not receive my mid-evening grocery delivery for my meal for 6 later that evening. I spoke with the on-duty store manager, "Jay", who spoke with me after the customer service desk clerk, Diane, hung up on me. He swore up and down that the delivery was on its' way. He also called me an "a***ole" without any sort of provocation. I never received my grocery order that evening. Needless to say, I told them to delete my account and I never ordered from them again.
