Cutest store with the best jelly cats and Old World Christmas ornaments - two of my favorite things! The women working there were very kind and helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend a visit.

Never going back there. The second we walked in and they immediately said "I think we should turn the cameras on." We were looking around and I 100% know they were following us all around the store. I would take 1 corner and they are there watching us a foot away. My friend accidentally dropped and ornament (which did not permanently broken and was 100% fixable) and the women came over and stood next to me staring and scarily smiling at us when we turned to her to say sorry she didn't say thing. She then said "I can take that for you" with a very scary smile. We apologized and tried to move on with our browsing. We walked up the few steps to the other room and we turned around and there she was again. We were there for a good 25-30 minutes. And everywhere we went, she went. I felt like I couldn't leave or I wasn't suppose to. When we walked to the door to leave the woman stood right next to it fully knowing we wouldn't approach her at the door. One of my friends was so uncomfortable she grabbed the door handle and said "I'm just going to wait in the car". We then continued to aimlessly walk around trying to find a second to get away from this worker but we legitimately could not. We turn the next corner and a woman walks out to a room and drops down in front of us Corning us into the isle and says " hello girls how are you" not a smiling on her face more like she was trying to road block us. At this point I was fed up and wanted to leave. I say to her "does she have to pay for that?" (My friend who "broke" it" the woman then says "no but maybe an apology?" In a very quiet and smiley tone very passive aggressive. I have never felt so uncomfortable, I was honestly speechless. I say we're sorry, my friend does the same. We turn to leave and I have never left a store so fast. This may not sound bad but I don't think I have ever felt so uncomfortable in a situation before if I am being completely honest. I am not trying to bring their business down just tryin to make them aware of how they need to fix their service.

This is a lovely store and it's hard not to buy things for yourself if you are trying to get a gift for someone. I enjoy browsing here because there are all sorts of little rooms and corridors that wind around and you suddenly see new stuff you didn't know you wanted.

Great for finding gifts for anyone on your shopping list. Children’s section as well in the rear of the store with great finds.Jewelry, scarves, handbags, bath products, cards, home accessories and decor and more. One of my go to places for gift shopping.

Whoever does this place's sourcing needs a raise! I walked in today and absolutely fell in love with every section of this beautiful store. Honestly if I could buy everything I would. Expect typical boutique-like prices without much if anything on sale but honestly I was so pleased with the amount of options I didn't mind.I bought about 6 items just because I've never seen them elsewhere and was thoroughly impressed. I will be back!!!!!

This boutique has beautifully curated items at ridiculously high prices and an unhelpful staff. Everything was so tightly packed in that it was hard to navigate with other people in the shop. Despite a serious medical condition and Massachusetts state law allowing rest room access to people with a medical need, the staff here would not allow access to their restroom for my daughter whose medical condition falls under the terms of the law. Hint to the general public: You can buy Hobo purses online and everything else in this shop. Personally, I won’t be back because of their insensitivity to people with medical disabilities.
