My son got a wooden bow with two arrows that he cherished. This year, it broke and he was devastated as it was a memento from our trip. I called the store and told them how heartbroken he was and they were so kind to ship one out to NJ. They also included a little extra treat for him which was very touching. She went above and beyond by returning to help with the placement of artwork throughout the entire space, ensuring every detail was meticulously executed.
