Will never use again. They flat out will not answer the damn phone. My doctor and myself have both tried calling about my prescription, and they simply won't answer.Worst customer service ever.

This CVS does not have a good pharmacy. I’m not saying that everyone on their staff is bad, but this is my second experience using this pharmacy and they have been very rude and I have not been able to pick up my urgent prescription with less than 4 trips and many calls. I will not be using this pharmacy again if I can help it.

As a black man I never have experience racism on cape cod but these three times I had to go to CVS post office square to deal with MO at checkout there is always an issue also my uncle had the same experience and she never can assist us with anything but when she calls the manager it’s like a walk in the park! If I try to explain something she clearly doesn’t understand she shuts me down and have the manager repeat the same thing I was trying to say. So what is this???? Is that customer for everyone or just these singled out black men???? I wish I didn’t have to give any star at all!! Sick of this treatment now I just live 1.5 miles from the cvs should I go further away?

Post Office Square CVS does a remarkable job while STILL short staffed, the front windows decorated for Christmas and heartfelt greetings upon entering made my day (overcoming my hectic shopping elsewhere). The pharmacist was also a good man and was hard at work before they opened. As customers we should recognize all they are up against with patience.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was in here earlier today and I overheard a conversation with an employee and I believe a supervisor. The employee was trying to assist someone who did not speak English, however the supervisor seemed to not like the fact that the gentleman was getting help. After the gentleman left, the employee got yelled at by the supervisor, I believe his name is Steve, and I could not believe what I was hearing. To say that I’m disgusted does not even touch the surface of how horrific this incident was. I hope that CVS does not continue to condone this behavior any longer. Steve is a perfect example of how NOT to treat employees and customers.

I have been wanting to post this since Tuesday…I was vacationing in Chatham when I ran out of a prescription that I take daily.I called my doctor’s office here in Boston, and through a series of several mixups, my prescription was finally okayed to fill at a Chatham CVS. Unfortunately, the Chatham location did not have my medication there that day; and told me that the Harwich CVS did have it in.As it came closer to closing time, the staff there (especially the pharmacy manager who I believe was named Joshua) worked extremely hard to successfully get my medication to me right about closing time.Thank you Joshua and staff for making my day/night much less stressful!

I went into to get my passport picture taken. I was handed off to 5 different workers to then finally be told they couldn’t do it because someone was on lunch break. However 2 of the workers were capable of conducting passport photos. Very poor service and extremely frustrating.

I have gone here a couple of times and all the workers look miserable. One time I went in, there seemed to be a supervisor making unnecessary, rude comments to a worker. When I first started going here, there was a different manager and I had never seen the workers so happy. However, in the last few months, there seems to be someone else in charge and everything has gone downhill from there. This place used to be so organized and now it is a complete mess. I will no longer be going to this CVS due to the ignorance that seems to be displayed here at the store.

I have called the pharmacy 4 times in the fast few days to get information on my prescriptions. I have waited on hold for a minimum of 12 minutes each time -- have never gotten to speak with anyone.

I went for my Covid booster shot, the pharmacy was very busy and people kept coming in. There was a young lady behind the counter taking orders, filling prescriptions, ringing up on the register and come to find giving the booster shot. She was polite to every customer, never lost her cool and was extremely professional. She didn't rush anyone buy moved a quickly as possible to accomodate everyone. I wish I could hire her for my business.

I am sorry for the pharmacy staff who are working under horrendous difficulties. For example 12 people waiting in line, people arriving for vaccines, prescriptions piled high in baskets waiting to be filled and the phone blaring you have eighteen calls waiting. Took me a week to get a simple script. Mistakes are high when the environment is like this. CVS fix it. Otherwise mistakes will be on you

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my life. If you have a solid 4 hours to get something filled your in luck this is your place. Oh after the four hour wait you get to come back the next day and wait again for you script. Completely useless staff. Brutal

My wife has been vomiting for two days and this store was unwilling to go the extra mile to get her prescription from an Oklahoma CVS which is something they do all the time. She has cancer and is on a clinical trial which is making her sick. Then instead of being open normal posted hours they closed early.

Despite having an appointment for a vaccination, I was kept waiting. They forgot about me behind the screen and I had to remind them that I was waiting. Vaccine area was dirty. The pharmacist was pleasant.
