Rude and unfriendly staff and refused to acknowledge a mistake on their part.

Great people work at this location and are very helpful when mailing letters and packages. They have also delivered packages on Sundays!

I bring my prepaid items to be scanned. I am sick and tired of hearing how busy FERN is behind the counter. And I’m sick and tired of hearing her tell me you are too busy and will get to the scanning once you are not busy. The lady named FERN starting lecturing me infront of other customers. Her grievance is that she’s too busy and overwhelmed to get to these packages. Why on earth do you have working in the counter. I will never go to this dump again. And we know that you are more than happy to loose customers.Sincerely, MARK ARSENAULT

Closed up tight at 5:30 pm on a weekday which is fine because I only needed to drop off my postcards. While this post office does have mailboxes out at the curb, they don't have a slot for easy use. You'll need to park and get out of your car. Yes, I'm that lazy. [Review 15244 overall, 746 of 2021, number 1103 in Massachusetts.]

My experience today was not a great one! Got in line for help with shipping. To just be told no box would fit and left to figure it out. Which I did. Got back in line with my priority mail box to rudely be told "we don't tape and haven't taped for 2 years" I didn't even get to say hello. She just barked at me. Telling me to get out of line tape it and get back in line again, third time! No thanks!! I will say there is a very nice woman that I usually get there, with dark hair. Wish I had her name. Needless to say she'd be the only reason for returning to this post office. She's also the only reason I didn't click 1 star. The older woman with grey hair, rude & no patients. Maybe she's having a bad day, we all have them but I didn't deserve her bad attitude. Sorry I didn't know you don't tape!!!!!

Usually a positive experience. There was one woman there who I have had an issue with.

I wish so much I could give a negative star. I went down to the post office today because I had a package that I needed today(4/20/19) and I paid for it to be delivered today. It was 11:30 and my tracking said it was still at the post office. I packed up my 4month old infant along with my 5 year old while my 2 year old napped at home with my husband and away we went. We got to the post office with plenty of time. The person working the counter - Mary - was rude and unwilling to help. I explained that my tracking said that my package was still there and I was hoping to pick it up. She asked me my address and name which I kindly gave her and she walked out back and came back not even 30 seconds later and said “the carrier is already out the door so if it was supposed to be delivered today then it’s with him” okay great. But why does my tracking still say it’s here. Can you please look? She says “no, if it’s supposed to be delivered today then it’s with the driver he already left” okay so I ask why does my tracking say it’s still here and she says “I don’t know” so I ask again if she can check for my package and she flat out says no. So I just say this is ridiculous and she looks at me and goes “yes, yes it is” I have worked customer service for 10+ years. I would NEVER not atleast check for the package. Very disappointed with the Harvard post office.

The supervisor was incredibly rude as she clearly had a long line And didn't want to deal with us. A package was scheduled for delivery and was listed as still in the post office. We drove down to the office a half hour before closing and the supervisor refused to check our package. She then insulted us and called us ridiculous for having the audacity to ask to check a package that was still on location. If I could give zero stars I would. She should be fired.

Unlike the Ayer Post Office, I find this Post Office easy to access. I have never had trouble with customer service. If no one is at the counter, ring the bell and they will be there very shortly.

I have worked in this town for nearly two years. Every time I visit this post office, I personally have, or I witness (sometimes both), a distinctly unpleasant experience with the staff. Of all the US post offices I have visited, this staff is the most tart and short-tempered. I state this as a person who moves through the world giving and receiving friendliness, so this negativity is all the more alarming.
