If a medical professional is immature enough to leave hate comments and callout posts on the internet against a disabled person, she is not mature enough to treat your family members. The stuff she said should be a career ender. I wouldn't trust her with my pup if she were the only vet within 200 miles. I'd rather make the drive to someone more compassionate and less childish.

I am an actual client of Harvard Family Pet Clinic and have been for 2 years. I can say that the misinformation being posted about Dr. Koretsky couldn’t be farther from the truth, and that the people leaving negative comments have not ever been to this clinic, nor do they even live in the same state.
I came on here to share my input as Dr. K is not only my veterinarian but she has become my friend in the 2 years that I have been her client, and it is hurtful to see people spreading lies about her and her business. Dr. Koretsky is an advocate for all animals, including service animals being used correctly. Since leaving my original review (below), I have adopted a second kitten and continue to go to Harvard Family Pet. In the years that I have known her, she has been nothing but a fantastic veterinarian, and I would not go anywhere else. The comments from my original review remain, and I also want to add that Dr. K takes the time on her days off to help me when I need assistance or have questions. I don’t know of anyone who has a veterinarian that they can contact on a day off and/or over the weekend, and get a fast response. I would give her 100/5 stars if I could!! She has done countless things outside of her normal business hours to ensure my pets are receiving the best care, and that is the type of person she actually is. I hope that anyone reading negative comments about the clinic will not let that deter them from choosing this clinic for their pets, and will listen to an actual client. My pets are literally my children and I would not trust anyone else with them. My cats are both healthy and thriving.
My original review is below:
I adopted my first kitten almost a year and a half ago, and chose this pet clinic because I was looking for a smaller practice. As a first-time cat mom, I had a million questions at the beginning, and still continue to have ongoing questions about the best way to care for my cat. He is my baby, and I always want to make sure I am doing the very best for him. Dr. K and Kayla have always been super helpful and patient with me. They always take the time to explain anything and everything to me, whether it is in-person, via email, or over the phone. I am experiencing a lot of things for the first time, so I like that they don't make me feel silly for asking questions, and are always available to make recommendations. I never feel rushed during appointments, as they take the necessary time to provide care and make sure any questions are explained. A few months back, I had an emergency with my cat and they were available to answer my questions after-hours, got me scheduled first thing the following morning, provided an emergency room referral, followed-up with the emergency vet, and handled my pet insurance claim (immediately). I am very happy with this pet clinic, and I feel that I would not get the same level of care at a larger facility. They are very prompt with getting back to me whenever needed, flexible with scheduling appointments, and have very fair prices. I trust them completely with the care for my baby, and I highly recommend this vet clinic!

Dr.Kay is HORRIBLE. She tries to say someone's REAL SERVICE DOG IS FAKE then proceeded to harass others standing up for the handler. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG TO THIS WOMAN. SHE'S A HORRIBLE WOMAN AND A HORRIBLE COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COST

Maybe don't use your professional accounts to bash a legitimate service dog handler for having a service dog and being disabled. Also don't use your disabled sister as a crutch????

Harasses service dog handlers and calls them fakes, makes fun of their gear set ups, spreads misinformation about service dogs, and uses incredibly ableist language when referring to people who require service dogs. Insinuating that they have no business to be in public if disabled. Pretty sick individual. Oh and I know I'll probably get a FB DM from her harassing me as well for exposing her, but I don't care. Posted on Google as well, but she is know apparently for deleting reviews.

They are very unprofessional and rude. They openly call service dog handlers losers for needing and benefitting from having one. They have spread so much misinformation about service dog laws, uses and criteria to get it train a service dog.

Yalls employees need to re-educate themselves on kindness and common sense. Maybe don't leave hate comments on service handlers pages using your business facebook page.

The owner of this clinic is ableist, insults people who have service animals, then says her sister has one. She can't keep her story straight and the business is suffering because of her.

The office visits were running on schedule with no waiting. Veterinarian took time to listen and address all our concerns.

Not very knowledgeable about cat breeds. Told me to “free feed” my kittens both wet and dry food. Now they are on diets, after seeing a different vet. Also I have noticed she or they have deleted poor reviews, very sketchy.

I was always treated poorly here. Finally got to reviewing. The staff were always short with me and did not take my concerns seriously which lead to extreme discomfort for my pup. They acted like I never paid for services when I always paid on time which I never understood. My dog was trembling when we went to get bandages removed and I was heartbroken. They said it was my fault she was scared. Thankfully she’s been great at her new veterinarian (somehow not traumatized and trembling) even after getting a spay. Embarrassed to say I let them do this to my dog at Harvard Family.

Called to inquire about vaccinations and getting my kitten fixed. The lady on the phone was not only rude and short, she gave me no real helpful information pertaining to my questions on pricing. I’ll take my business and my cats somewhere else.

We have been taking our pets (2 dogs and a cat) to Dr. Koretsky for about the last 5 years. She is a fabulous veterinarian who is most concerned about what's in the best interest of your animal companion. She doesn't rush and makes a special effort to take all the time needed to listen to your questions and explain your pet's health and treatment options. Kayla helps Dr. K run this small clinic in a very personalized way and she's always happy to help you in a very prompt way whether you need a prescription filled, records sent, a referral made, or with her gentle caring manner when helping Dr. K treat your pet. I would highly recommend Harvard Family Pet Clinic to anyone in the local area who is looking for personalized service and care in a place where you feel like part of their Family!

I wrote a review on Facebook of how poorly they treated my dog. They said I was making everything up, so I provided evidence, and they BLOCKED ME. Super sketchy, don’t take your pets here, please! So many other great veterinarians in the area that won’t traumatize your dog and then hide it. Very unprofessional and poor business management.
