I've been using Harvard power for various things usually for company's I've worked for over the years and now for myself and most the time for commercial name brand OEM parts. (the right parts the ones that work) that can take some time to get and usually expensive....for everyone including them. Never had a bad experience spending other peoples money or my own at Harvard power. Thank you

I recently had a very decent first experience with Harvard Power. I had them service my 2022 Scag SFC-30 30” mower. I did not originally buy the unit from them in May 2022 as mfgs’ supplies were very tight in general then, and I recall they had waiting a customer waiting list for the machine.
They treated the machine super well and upgraded a dodgy pto clutch assembly under warranty. They tightened down engine bolts to the body.
They’re clearly a top notch Scag service dealer and I’m sure all across the board.
They dropped off the machine at my house as scheduled, and it’s very tight. They even adjusted the forward belt drive slack Nice.
I am very happy with them.

Brought my lawn tractor to Harvard Power equipment during the second week of March for service. Was told it would be 6 to 7 weeks before it would be serviced. After 7 weeks I called to check, was told it hadn't been looked at yet and that it would be another week. The following week I called and was told it hadn't been looked at but was getting closer. The following week I called and it had been looked at but parts needed to be ordered and they "might arrive within a week". Called the following week and indeed the parts had arrived but there was one missing. I was told they were in contact with the distributor but had no information when to expect the part. I was told at that time that my calling was "bluntly a waste of time". Called again this week and was told the missing part had not arrived and they were in contact with the distributor. I asked for the part name and number to try and pursue obtaining the part on my own and was told they could not provide the part number because "they pay for the software to look up part numbers".
So at this point it has been nearly 12 weeks, my machine is in pieces, there is no indication when this will be resolved and the answer I received is that " we don't get paid until it's repaired".
My suggestion is not to do business with this company unless you don't need the equipment being repaired.

Great service! They got my Stihl backpack blower running as good as new. Mechanic is awesome and the owners were very helpful and courteous. Highly recommend them for any outdoor power equipment.

Brought my snowblower on a Saturday around noon in because the wheels locked up. I told them to check it out and fix anything that needed fixing as well as giving it a tune up. It was ready on Monday! They gave me a synopsis of what the checked and what they did for upkeep and repair. The condition that I got it back in was GREAT! It runs better than when I bought it new! The quick turn-around was wonderful, the price was reasonable and they treated me with respect and courtesy. I highly recommend this business!

Great first time experience with Harvard Outdoor Power Equipment. I called on a Monday morning looking to buy a walk behind leaf blower and had a particular model in mind. Sean answered right away and was very helpful. He checked their inventory and reported they had a few of the exact model I was looking for. He set me up as a new customer in their system, registered the model I was purchasing, and processed my order. The entire process took 10 minutes. The blower was delivered to my home 2 days later, assembled, fuel /oil filled, and tested to run well. The delivery driver was friendly, helpful, and right on the target time they anticipated. Very happy with my experience from start to finish with Harvard Outdoor Power Equipment.

They fix stuff. They know about recalls on older equipment. They know about fixes to keep older stuff going.

I brought in my Ariens Snowblower because the carburetor was clogged. They rebuilt the carburator and The snowblower never ran so strong ! The got the job done within 2 weeks as promised before the Blizzard of 2022 hit. They did go over budget of the estimate of $125, but not by too much at ~ $150. They did want to repair a host of maintenance parts on the snow blower that ran to over a $650 repair, but those Items I knew were worn, but do not need to immediately get changed. When those items go, I will probably bring the snowblower back to them for repair.
