Great, cozy small little shop that sits right in the middle of a large section of Hardwick. They have many types of food and drinks for a small convenience store, as well as a slushie machine, muffins, and a 99-cent coffee station which they still stick to as of 2023, even offering multiple flavors and brews. Definitely one of the highlights of Hardwick, a near daily visit for me.

Why in a million years would you close at 5:45 pm to wax the floors. Do it after you close. Store management 101!!!

The few workers who actually show up are great but they close whenever they want. No consistency. Only store for the town so it would be great if they were open when they were supposed to be.

This Cumberland Farms is much smaller than most and doesn't offer a wide variety of things, like other larger Cumberland Farms locations. They do not carry the pizza or other hot food items such as hot dogs, empanadas, etc. Although they do have a microwave for customers to use to heat up food items. Some employees are very friendly and personable, others seem more interested in gossiping with coworkers, or standing around doing literally nothing instead of focusing on their duties. Sometimes depending on who's working, the coffee tastes very old & cream machines/napkins are empty. Holly (an employee) is excellent, always helpful & courteous to all customers. Other employees are often impatient & can be rude at times to customers, depending on their mood. This store also does not offer a public restroom. I also should add that it seems like almost every Cumberland Farms I've ever been to (not just here) has constant problems with their cappuccino machines. If powdered mixes are inserted incorrectly, you'll get nothing but a cup of hot water, or hot water with a tiny bit of cappuccino powder. Sometimes it's an error by staff, other times it just seems to get jammed up. It's a shame because when working properly, the cappuccino & hot chocolate are actually pretty good. I would strongly recommend making sure upon training employees that ALL staff know how to properly refill the machines & if that doesn't seem to help, possibly redesigning them so that they're easier to refill + jam up less often & customers won't end up with pure hot water or very weak watered down hot beverages. Another thing that irritates me about this location is that their ATM seems to have issues often. Other than my few complaints, it's not a bad store. Years ago I had issues with having purchased past date items without noticing until I was home, but fortunately this hasn't happened in a long time. Just expect way less than the larger sized stores that offer many hot foods, milkshakes & a public restroom. Money orders are available here, so that is a plus. Parking is somewhat limited as well, but obviously that's no fault of the store itself of staff. Many times I've had to drive around to wait for a parking spot to open while busy.

Very friendly workers here. Usually good gas prices. Coffee is always fresh. Wish they had restrooms. Good selection of Tobacco products if that's your thing.

Stopped in for some coffee and gasoline. One of the smaller Cumbys I've been to. The coffee is in carafes so it wasn't as hot as I was hoping for but it did taste good. I didn't get the usual greeting you get from entering most others. The clerk was nice and pleasant though.
