Mr. McCarthy visited us to provide an estimate for services we requested. (as opposed to the companies who wanted us to fill out an online form of what we had to move). Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. While the moving crew worked quickly, care was taken to avoid marring any walls or items being moved. There was a general atmosphere of good cheer that one felt from the crew.
There were no surprise charges; everything was upfront and exactly as discussed.

“My experience with Astro International was excellent! In autumn 2020 I needed to arrange a move from the USA to the UK quickly because I'd just been issued a UK spouse visa. Peter was very patient and responsive in answering my many questions and helping me to organize everything. This included bringing some items from my mother's house in another state to his warehouse so that all my belongings could depart together from the East Coast. He and his team were very kind and friendly when they came to pick up my items from my home as well. There was a delay in delivery due to Brexit, not at all Astro's fault (the consolidator was delayed in loading shipments because of congestion at UK ports). But even the combined chaos of a global pandemic and Brexit did not stop Astro International from getting my items to the UK safe and sound in the end. Arranging an overseas move for the first time felt very overwhelming, but I'm so glad I chose Astro International to help me with it. Peter's patience and guidance, and Astro's overall service, were all first-rate!”

Eric took the time to explain the process to me and even offered to drop off the vehicles at his house so that they could be shipped out after I left and I could minimize the time I was "carless". Both cars have arrived on time and in great condition. Fast forward five years, I was moving back East and 1st Call Auto Haul was my obvious choice. Eric worked with me to arrange the transportation of my two vehicles so that my first car was ready for me at the destination on the day of our arrival and the second car arrived two days later. “Dustin and his guys are great, I asked them to drop the container off at a difficult location in my backyard and they were able to do it, and pick it up with no trouble. Towards the end of my need for the container I reached out to Dustin about the fees for going beyond the monthly payment date and he helped me with getting a daily rate so I wouldn't have to pay the full monthly rate. I would highly recommend Go Minis.”
