Mechanic declined working on my car simply because he didn't want to. Edit: actually the mechanic QUITE LITERALLY said "you're going to have to find a mechanic that wants to deal with it." That wasn't all he said but HE DID say that.

Been getting my car fixed here for years, my Dad also has his done here. The owner is nice and helpful, he'll do what he can to meet your needs and price.

Stopped in on a whim for a rattling sound on my SUV that was driving me nuts. The nice gentleman came right out and listened to the noise. He was able to fix it the same afternoon. Great quality service. Will be back for sure

I just don't like this place. I was told my car would be ready at 2 which was great cause I needed to get to work. Showed up at 2:15ish with check in hand to find my car in the air with no tires on it and some insane story. He's nice enough but just can't seemed to stay focused on what he's doing long enough to get anything done.

Eli has always been wonderfully fair to me. I have serviced my personal vehicles there along with my business vehicles. Actually one of my vehicles is in there now. I'm fairly well versed with mechanical issues and costs and he is always fair, fast, and in line with what I would expect. Definitely recommend bringing your vehicle there.

I am a big fan of Main St Auto. After some not to pleasant experiences with other mechanics in the area one of my friends told me to go to Eli at Main St. It is a great place to have your car serviced, and he is very knowledgeable about Honda's. I went in last week for oil change and window issue and he checked the brakes quickly and free of charge and found they were just fine. And he fixed the window issue without any charge beyond the very reasonable hourly rate. I felt really comfortable there too. Clean waiting room, friendly & honest service, convenient location right by the T on route 27. Affordable, reliable car care..that's all you need. I'll definitely be back.

Extremely good experience with Eli at Main Street Auto. Finding an honest, trustworthy mechanic these days is not easy. Eli was very patient and professional in taking the time to provide an explanation on the work that was needed on my Xterra. No scare tactics..he just really set my expectations on what was needed, what can wait, estimated time frame, and cost. I felt very comfortable with the work that was done and the pricing was more than reasonable. I'll definitely be recommending Main St. Auto to my friends and family. Convenient location too-right next to the Hanson T stop.

I'm a single Mom of two young boys and have found Eli to be very helpful in finding the most economical ways to fix my 2003 Ford, as issues arise. He has been working on it for over a year and I have not had any problems. Main Street Auto is definitely run as more of a mom and pop operation, like the old days, so its fair to have that expectation when you go in! I continue to bring my car there when it needs to be serviced.

Eh, had my oil changed and got an inspection sticker there this weekend. He had to replace lights above my license plate, too, which I don't know if that was required or not. But all in all it costs me over $100, which seems pretty expensive for an oil change and inspection sticker. I didn't feel like haggling over the price, but probably won't be back there. The place also seemed pretty disorganized run as a one man show.
