Supreme energy you saved the day!!
After another company came out & made a complete mess I was told by an authorized Hayward dealer to call Supreme, they will make it right! Not only did they clean up behind another company, but they also explained everything in detail and made amazing recommendations of where to install the large propane tanks for our new pool heater! I was told that they could do the install in 2-3 weeks because of the busy summer season. To my surprise Jean has her crew show up 1 week later, who shows up a week early and handles the install , schedules the permit process with the town ??? Jean does, that's who !!! I had explained to her that I had a big party planned and Jean said, let me see what I can do !! Unbelievable, every person involved in the process was truly amazing from beginning to the very end. You have exceeded my expectations and I am now a customer for life !!! Thank you very much for providing such incredible customer service. Supreme energy you are the best, thanks again!!!

Beware they will deliver more oil than you ordered and then make you pay for it!! Several times I only ordered 150gals but they filled my entire tank! When I called them they refused to take the additional gals off my order and this isn’t the first time. So even if you can only afford 150gals you’re stuck paying for over 200 gals. This company is just out for how much money they can get from you!!! Worst company ever to deal with

This is the worse company ever!! On several occasions I ordered 150 gals of oil because that's all I could afford and they fill my entire tank and make me pay for it even though it's their mistake!! Awful company with very bad ethics!!! Don't order oil from them they'll just deliver more than you ordered and make you pay for it!!! Terrible company!!

Amanda was extremely unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. I asked for info to contact someone and she would not provide an to ask a question on why a certain situation happened, and she declined, only offering to have someone call me. I would have liked to email the owner to inform him of the situation at my home. But that was not an option from Amanda. Her response was we can take the tank off your property? That wasn't even close to what the call was about. Dont waste you're time and money.

Hanson Fuel is amazing! The staff is so helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Scheduling is easy and they work with you if you need something done quickly. We use them for fuel and service. They have good pricing. I highly recommend this company!

When we decided to use Hanson Fuel I specifically asked if they fill propane (generator) during the busy time of before/during/after a storm. They assured me that is why people hire them, when most needed, they arrive. Those are false claims. If you call after a storm they will "put you on a list". And they will get to you whenever they feel like it. I am changing companies as soon as I can find another supplier. The customer service is also very rude. I would give zero stars if I could. I wanted to support a small business, but they cannot handle the volume. I need to go with a bigger more reliable company.

Customer service is on the decline. We had a propane leak and were getting propane delivered at a much a faster rate because of it. After weeks of trying to get answers, we spoke to a rude woman who told us nothing will be done about it. Until this event, they had been great, efficient deliveries, and responsive to all questions.

This company doesn’t care about their customers at all. I have gone without oil in my house many times because I was waiting for them to deliver. My children nearly froze while we waited.I am beginning to wonder if they treated me badly because I was getting services from them through Fuel Assistance.I don’t know what their story is regarding how to treat people.... All I can say is that they suck
