I recently hired them to place luxury vinyl on the whole first floor of my home. Glen showed up with beautiful samples and gave us a reasonable price and time frame to complete the work. My home is old and I knew the floor would be a challenge for any experienced worker. They took the job on and did amazing work from start to finish. The floor is seamless and absolutely gorgeous. Could not be happier with the floor or the guys who did the work. Thanks again for our beautiful new floor!!

I had a great experience with FCI and would recommend them to anyone needing new flooring or carpeting. I loved the convenience they offer. Glen brought samples to my home and he was very polite and professional. He took his time showing the different samples and gave me an accurate quote. The installation process was easy and efficient. They moved my furniture in minutes. I was amazed and love my new carpet! I highly recommend!

I found this company on the internet. I received immediate attention. The owner and one of his workers came out the very next day. Glen (Owner) has the best personality. He was so helpful. He made sure that my vinyl flooring was done as soon as possible and I can’t express how happy I am at the work that was done and the time frame in which it was completed. Glens" crew recently installed a vinyl floor in my kitchen . Glen was very helpful in the selection process. The installers he used were quick and they cleaned up any mess that was made, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great experience from start to finish. Glen was professional and curious throughout the entire process. The carpet on my stairs came out perfectly. He even went above and beyond to add flooring to a small landing area at the top of my stairs. I will definitely use FCI again and would recommend them to anyone.

Our entire experience was excellent from viewing samples in our home to selecting products to installation. FCI's Glen Thornton was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and responded quickly to all of our follow-up questions. We had damage to our wood floors resulting from a leak of the water line to the ice maker. Our insurance company recommended Certified Flooring Network (CFRN) to do the repairs. CFRN assigned the work to Floor Coverings International, and Glen came by to assess the damage. Glen was courteous and responsive to our request for scheduling the repairs after our kids were out of school. Brian who did the work, was a skilled professional and did an excellent job. Overall, a very positive experience.
