It's the details that matter. We needed to replace our hardwood floors with something different. We worked closely with Glen to determine what the right product and the right quality level was for our family's needs. Glen and the installer team was easy to work with and very communicative.Most importantly to me as someone who owns an older home, they had solutions for addressing each of the minor issues that come up when the existing floors & walls are neither straight nor level.One of the best parts is they moved the existing furniture around as they worked. Thankfully, we didn't have to empty the rooms. :)I love the warranty on the products we picked and think that it's a strong value for the price we paid.

I recently hired them to place luxury vinyl on the whole first floor of my home. Glen showed up with beautiful samples and gave us a reasonable price and time frame to complete the work. My home is old and I knew the floor would be a challenge for any experienced worker. They took the job on and did amazing work from start to finish. The floor is seamless and absolutely gorgeous. Could not be happier with the floor or the guys who did the work. Thanks again for our beautiful new floor!!

I had a great experience with FCI and would recommend them to anyone needing new flooring or carpeting. I loved the convenience they offer. Glen brought samples to my home and he was very polite and professional. He took his time showing the different samples and gave me an accurate quote. The installation process was easy and efficient. They moved my furniture in minutes. I was amazed and love my new carpet! I highly recommend!

I found this company on the internet. I received immediate attention. The owner and one of his workers came out the very next day. Glen (Owner) has the best personality. He was so helpful. He made sure that my vinyl flooring was done as soon as possible and I can’t express how happy I am at the work that was done and the time frame in which it was completed. Glens" crew recently installed a vinyl floor in my kitchen . Glen was very helpful in the selection process. The installers he used were quick and they cleaned up any mess that was made, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great experience from start to finish. Glen was professional and curious throughout the entire process. The carpet on my stairs came out perfectly. He even went above and beyond to add flooring to a small landing area at the top of my stairs. I will definitely use FCI again and would recommend them to anyone.

Our entire experience was excellent from viewing samples in our home to selecting products to installation. FCI's Glen Thornton was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and responded quickly to all of our follow-up questions. Our new floors look spectacular thanks to the high quality product and Glen's installation team who also were professional, friendly, and extremely efficient.
