While this cvs is obviously much better than the pembroke cvs. There are ladies on the phone answering the pharmacy That are not only rude to me, but they where rude to my doctor's nurse as well. The simple problem was masshealth and fallon had approved a prior approval. Everybody saw it the doctor, fallon, and masshealth saw the approval but CVS was making a mistake. Entering it in the computer wrong threw masshealth and the cvs system. The problem was fixed because my doctor called a different prescription in and it was covered. Instead of continuing to deal with the prior approve that cvs swears they didn't get .The nurse left a message with CVS Telling them the mistake they made. Still nobody has called the doctor's office back to fix the issue so it doesn't happen to someone else. I was thrown around like a phone ping pong ball over 7 hours. I finally got my medication fixed but me the patient had to advocate and get stressed just to get my anxiety medication that I have taken for 2 years. I know being a pharmacist is a hard job and you deal with alot of nasty and rude people but please just be nicer and listen to what the medical people and patients are telling you. They are just trying to help you help them to get there medication covered and filled.

I give this store a 4.5 out of 5 stars. Ihave been going to this pharmacy for 10 years. The staff is polite and helpful. My experience has been with the the cashiers and the pharmacy department. There have been a few bumps in the road of course and to be fair, I have have caused some of the bumps. that bump. As an example I have gone in to the store after a "bad" day at work or I'm mad at someone I know and I don't like something about my visit I become the grouchy rude person. In my everyday life I try to remember that everyone has a bad day once in a while. This helps me walk away and not hold an incident against someone every time I see them . My other observation is that many people have a serious face 80% of the day. This does not mean they're being crabby or being rude. Life is short and challenging at times, but I choose to ignore the small things. I also only confirm medication refills via text confirmations or I call and speak to the pharmacy staff regarding a refill.

not sure what goes behind that window sometimes but it takes forever to pick up a prescription at the drive up.

The pharmacy at CVS in Hanson is great. Many times I have had a prescription called in just before closing & they always get you your meds.

At least 1 member of the staff is extremely rude when you have questions. Drive thru service is extremely slow! Save yourself the hassle and use the pharmacy inside Shaws.

The pharmacy employs the rudest employees I have ever dealt with. I haven't been in there in over 3 years. I went in to get a prescription filled and they were so rude I asked for it back and brought it to Walgreens in Rockland which is now my pharmacy. I will also add that The pharmacy in Shaws is also very efficient

This is the worst place. Pharmacy Service at the Drive up is non existent - long lines and cranky employees. I was told by an employee (who I have not seen in a while) that the manager told all employees “The customers inside are much more valuable than those outside. Wait on them first. When those inside are all set, wait on the drive up customers.” REALLY??? The Manager is not responsive to questions (I was inside this time.). He will look at his phone while you are asking him a question and essentially dismiss you with a one word answer.. Do not go here!! Nasty all the way around.

Awful experience with customer service at the pharmacy. I came in to get my scheduled booster shot and found the employees behind the pharmacy to be unhelpful and very rude. It was like pulling teeth to get them to help me retrieve proof of both prior doses, despite my vaccination card indicating my vaccination series is complete. They could have at least told me how to access my records instead of walking away. When I reminded them customers come first, one responded in a snotty way, "do they?" And "I am not dealing with this" in front of everyone. After I walked out and finally got another clinic to help me get what I need, needless to say I am not going back to this pharmacy. Management was apologetic and agreed the situation could have been handled better.

The drive through is awful, constant lines, slow service, you could be 1st in line and still wait 10 minutes for someone to come help you. Every time I come it’s the same thing

I love the Pharmacist Michelle she goes out of her way to make sure you have your prescription on time, any issues with insurance she takes care of them, Drs offices issues she takes care of it, she does everything to make your visit go smoothly as possible any questions concerning the medication she has the answers to!!

More often than not, they tell me they have to special order my medication and they will call when it's ready, but they never call. Last time this happened, I called and asked the pharmacist if my prescription was ready for pick up and he responded that he was too busy to look. While the other pharmacy staff is pleasant, the pharmacist is arrogant and rude. They're also not efficient as I received a message stating me medication was ready yesterday, over an hour after I had already picked it up.

Always an issue picking up a prescription here. They will tell you it's special ordered and arriving on X day. Then when you call on that day to check in, they will tell you it's going to take a couple more days. Very vague replies. Not good for time sensitive prescriptions. I have been without mine now for 3 weeks. Looking into other pharmacies now!

The website says it opens at 8am... (apparently they only put store hours) I get there and it says on the drive through window that the pharmacy opens at 9! Kind of annoying to drive all the way there when I could've gone in the opposite direction to a pharmacy that was open. Might want to fix that.

First time in a long time to have a script ready without six hour wait They are getting better but still room to improve
