DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! I would give this dealership a negative 5 review if I could! They are totally Scammers!! Don’t buy anything from them!! They stole 2500.00 from us!! Sold a lemon to my daughter, came and took the car back and never gave our 2500.00 deposit back!! Definitely reporting to the BBB!!

This dealership is a scam!! Me and my boyfriend bought a car from there put 1400 down on a 2015 gmc terrain , first day we got it the owner himself was backing it out plenty space and bumps OUR NEW CAR into another…, it had a 30 day policy, it broke down one day after having it with the engine light on and many other issues, and it was smoking from the hood , he said he would take it back and fix it,
They contind to keep our car for longer than needed for three weeks, We basically forced them to give us a different car meanwhile they were fixing ours, and as soon as we get the car back, it has been almost 30 days, We get it back in a day later the engine light turns on in the whole car just breaks down, we were on the side of the road for eight hours, and the owner was very disrespectful, not answering us, and he won’t do anything about it he told us five days and then he texted us, saying it needs to be totaled and so now I’m in an issue with my insurance company, SCAMMMMMERS!!! DO NOT BY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP they scam and take your money and give you broken cars

Best dealership I've ever step foot in. Excellent customer service and extremely knowledgeable. Have bought all my children vehicles from this dealer and all have been safe and reliable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good deal or a nice car.

This place should be reported to the BBB.. They jerked me around for 2 weeks, No one seems to know what they're doing. I was going to purchase a car from them there were so many excuses. In the end the told me it was the cylinoid that needed replacing and the jobs takes several weeks...Lies...when I went to get my deposit back the car was on the lot for sale. I asked why and she replied " in case someone doesn't mind waiting a few weeks while it is fixed. They are looking for vulnerable people. Thank God I checked the reviews. I would give 0 stars if I could give 0 stars I would but it is not possible. So the only reason they have a 2 point rating is because you are forced to give them 1 star.....BUYER BEWARE

Avoid. Was going to buy a car for my wife. We found a VW Beetle, we test drove it and pointed out a few defects which they agreed to fix, so we made an offer, and Rob accepted, so we gave a down payment. After a week, they said it was fixed, so we went to drive it again. The main faults were 2 tires,squeeky brakes, bad shocks, and a very obvious power steering problem. Not only did they not fix the problem, but they also lied to us about how it was all inspected and fixed just by putting on two used tires. (it already had a new sticker on it with bald tires) That took an entire week. Steve ‘lost’ his phone. When I drove it the second time it rode exactly the same, so I pulled over and checked the power steering fluid. There was no fluid on the stick! There was no power steering fluid in the reservoir, which was not mounted properly, yet they told us their mechanic just inspected it and it was all ok now. When Steve drove it he still tried to tell me the steering was normal. Just WOW!! Lied right to me about a mechanic as nothing was done at all, except 2 used tires..

DO NOT PURCHASE CAR FROM HERE. SCAMMERS. They will do and say anything to get you into a vehicle that dives but won't drive for long. I put down 1500 on a 2006 Jeep and they kept the car calming to fix it for over a month. Gave me the car back and put black paint over an airbag light. After I got the car back I brought it to fire stone and they told me that the vehicle had 70,000 worth of problems and the car was only worth 5k. please do yourself a favor and don't even look their way. Upon arrival they had their dog in the cars that were being sold. Even showed me a car with the owner and his dog sitting in the car with hair and dirt everywhere. very unprofessional. do not recommend.

Drove 2 hours looking at a truck that says it passed Mass inspection, but didn’t actually have a sticker on the vehicle. Says theres some rust, but actually had 2 different holes and 2 different cracks in the frame… kinda important!
Probably should mention that to the customer. Super shady, definitely do not recommend!

My credit not that great went to a few dealers that deal with bad credit and had no luck so but contacted liberty motors and they actually to the time and worked with me and got me financed and I'm very happy with my purchase it's not easy these days to get a car when your credit not so good big thanks to liberty motors great people

BEWARE! Do not purchase a car from these people. They are money hungry. I bought a 2007 BMW 3 series and it ended up being a lemon. I spent thousands of dollars on a car that I couldn’t even sustain for a year. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

If I could give them zero stars I would..they sell lemons.. brought a 06 jeep from them . First red flag i noticed when we picked the car was, the car had a new inspection sticker with bald tires. So i decided to take it to firestone and was told it had bad suspension , bad brakes , of course bad tires. A couple days later the cars check engine light and air bag light comes on .. we finally got in touch with them. they agreed to fix it . But then They take the car for over 3 weeks so its passes 30 days .When we get the car back the check engine light was off and they painted over the airbag light.. which I thought was illegal. Anyways the check engine light comes back on and we tell them about the light that was painted over .they take the car back for like 4 weeks months .. claim they switched parts but gives the car back looking exactly the same. Lights still painted . A extra 500 miles on it and empty beer cans in the back . Oh it gets better. So now the car is completely broken.. dashboard will turns off and feels like its running out of gas..they refuse to fix.. brought the car 5 months ago and only drove it for 3 weeks .. they claim it was a easy fix but now they sticking us with the car that currently still has all these problems from day one.. these people are liars and we plan to get lawyers involved.. we have every text. Every conversation recorded.. including every picture each time we picked it up and dropped it off .. save your self.. dont buy from here

Giving one star because I have to put something. Customer service is nonexistent at this location. I do not think I have too high of expectations. When you are a business and you have a customer interested in your product, shouldn’t you want to provide the best service and experience you can? If not then why even bother having a business? This “dealership” was not helpful when I asked for more information. I live 6.5 hrs away so I asked for a video of the vehicle being started and running just so I could hear the motor. The response I got when I asked, “ I really just don’t want to try that hard”. I decided to overlook that because I was sincerely interested in the vehicle. I told them I was driving 6.5 hours to come look at a vehicle and when I get there there is a check engine light on that wasn’t in the pictures. I was very communicative with them via text as they asked. I asked if they could give me the CarFax And they don’t use carfax, at a USED car lot. I left without purchasing anything and I expressed calmly my utter disappointment in their lack of caring for another human beings time.

Great feel and care from their staff. Not your typical car salesmen. In fact, they were warm and welcoming, helped me find the vehicle I needed, and treated me with care and respect, unlike many others in the industry. Two thumbs up!
