My wife and I had a great experience ordering new kitchen appliances at the Yale Appliance location in Hanover. We worked with Stan P., who was great. He helped us work through some challenges near the time of delivery and he was patient and extremely helpful. Thank you Stan!

2nd time buying from Yale. First was in the Dorchester location, and second in the Hanover location. They were both good for the initial sale. However, don't expect any quality customer service thereafter. Be prepared to make numerous follow up calls for delays, deliveries, and missing items. It's truly a nuisance dealing with this company. I'd go elsewhere.
