“The front desk staff, the vet tech, and the vet were friendly and kind. When I called to book the initial appointment, whoever I talked to at the front desk specifically scheduled me with a vet who is great with cats and the appointment was only a couple of weeks out. The whole facility is clean, bright, and cheery. The vet and vet tech were wonderful with my very nervous cats. They gave a lot of great tips, were nonjudgemental, and any treatments were very well explained and I was not pushed to do anything right away. Would highly recommend!”
“My partner and I brought our cat in for an ear infection visit yesterday after never having been in, and we will absolutely be returning as regulars. The entire team was so friendly and knowledgeable. Special shoutout to Michaela - they were so funny and made us feel immediately at ease. “Driftway Animal Hospital is simply the best. Maddie my German Shepard has been receiving top-notch care there for the past 10 years. Recently, an incident reaffirmed my trust and loyalty to them. While I was out of the country, Maddie got into a fight with another dog. My pet sitter contacted Driftway, and they saw Maddie right away, even calming my pet sitter in the process. The team is incredible, and Dr. Burke is not only an excellent doctor but also a kind person. Thank you, Driftway!”

“Bonnie (and Erin) came to examine my 12 year old 120# Yellow Lab Cooper yesterday. I can't say enough good things about their service. Bonnie was recommended by Cooper's former Vet due to the fact it's very difficult and stressful to Coop to get him in the car for a visit to the Vet's office. The exam was very thorough and I felt as if they were caring for their own pet. They cleaned his ears, checked him from head to toe and gave me some solution to help with a growth on his back. Great service and very nice folks!”
“Great experience here as someone who switched from another nearby VCA. This one seems so new/renovated, clean and open.
The staff are friendly, helpful and understanding. My girl had her first ever dental cleaning and I was so scared to have her put under. The team was so communicative and kind. Dr Jewett(?) was so calm and reassuring. I felt so good about trusting them! Her teeth are like new! I like it here and more importantly, I think my doggy does, too(-:”

“Every vet and vet tech is amazing, a small practice with all the professionalism, knowledge and care that comes from the experience of the owner, Dr. Keith Hopkins. He is quiet, kind and confident and he and his team are always friendly and accommodating. We have two dogs, one a bit older and Dr. Hopkins was able to remove some lumps in the least invasive, lowest risk way possible. It sounds cliche, but they put you at ease and make the whole process as easy as possible. I recommend without hesitation.”

“Amazing!!! My 3 YO pup had bloody stool on a Saturday after being "off" all week
my primary vet couldn't see him and recommended we not wait until Monday.
They recommended Veterinary Urgent Care. The office wasnt weren't open yet but I was able to make a same day appointment online. Super easy. They took my fur baby as soon as we arrived and they spent over 90 minutes with him. They were patient and thorough and even though he was uncomfortable and not happy with parts of the exam, they were very caring and professional and so loving with him. He's better today because of Dr. Holmes treatment,thank God. If he ever needs urgent care again, I WILL DEFINITELY go there again. Highly recommended.”
“Absolutely love the New England wildlife center they do such great work and every Halloween they have the thousand faces of pumpkins and it's so much fun to walk through the woods see all the setups and all the carved pumpkins and then afterwards be able to go inside and visit all the animals. It's a great great place that saves a lot of animals”

“Stopped by today to watch the cats, having recently suffered the loss of my two cats. One of the volunteers was working with several cats who she said l we're having a hard time coming out of their shells Just the brief few moments I watched her with the cats I could tell that she truly cared about them. She could also tell that I was obviously in a lot of pain personally and she had kind words for me as well. When I'm finally ready to adopt again my first stop will most definitely be here.”

“We brought our very ill and distressed 5 month old puppy to the VCA. We were terrified, but she was evaluated immediately and a treatment plan was communicated to us by Dr. Lopes within 30 minutes of our arrival. The vet and all staff (techs/nurses, liaison, front desk) treated us and our Mabel with such kindness and compassion. We felt like they truly cared. Mabel was admitted overnight and treated for ingestion of a toxin. During her hospital stay, we were able to visit her and we received regular updates on her condition. After she had been discharged, they followed up the next day to ask how she was doing. We are grateful to have access to this level of care in our south shore community.”
