I am the manager of the Verizon account at Peak mechanical services we have 68 plus lines! I have had a great relationship with Verizon until yesterday 7/10/24 I went in for an emergency eligible upgrade for an employee who’s phone was lost and needs it for his day to day operations and can’t work without it! The manager sent me away after a 20 minute wait and told me to drive to Braintree because they were backed up and he would not help me! I am meeting with the owner to discuss switching to another carrier! Absolutely appalled based on the amount of money we spend per year to Verizon! Very dissatisfied customer!

Very time I visit the hanover store the customer service gets worse.

Horrible, horrible, horrible experience! I’ve been to many Verizon store over the years and this one is definitely the worst store on the south shore. I’ve never been to a store where an employee will spend one hours sitting at his desk in front of a customer waiting for their phone to back up into the new one… Your employee can’t multitask? Last time I changed my wife’s iPhone, we went to the one at derby street and guess what, while her iPhone was backing up, the employee was able to take care of other customer as well instead of just sitting at his desk, noting his head like I’m the issue for being frustrated because I’ve been waiting an hour on a Sunday morning while he’s sitting at his desk doing nothing
And that’s without taking about the manager and the other employees. I had an issue with my account at first and once the issue was resolved the employee was already taking care of another customer. When I asked the manager why the employee couldn’t wait two minutes for the issue to be resolves, she told me that they’re too busy to wait and it take more than two minutes normally to resolve those issue (had to call Verizon customer service)
Well, if you’re too busy, why is the manager not helping out? And why are your employees not able to multitask instead of sitting an hour at his desk while a customer phone is backing up?
Life and time is too precious to waste time in that joke of a store, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! You’ll thank me later!

My husband and I went to Verizon in Hanover yesterday and had a great experience working with Mark.On a Saturday afternoon we expected to wait awhile, however that was the opposite.We walked in Mark immediately greeted and asked how he could help. Mark was extremely professional, efficient, polite and very easy to work with.We walked out with 2 new phones, accessories and lowered our monthly cost all in a very short time.Highly recommended going to Hanover and asking for Mark.

Good parking. Good service.------01/24: Rode a distance because of previous favorable experience. Waited a bit while women went on. One assistant came from rear, asked me, then moved to an elder verbose woman. An agent disengaged and came to me abruptly. Disappointing. Left. Will go elsewhere. Maybe time to end 30+ yr involvement with Verizon.

Do not even bother to get any customer service here. After speaking to multiple customer service representatives on the phone and having received multiple answers, all conflicting, I thought I might have better luck in person. The sales person told me that the best deal I could with my current contract was a free phone. The upgrade, he explained was available due to the new IPhone coming out shortly. He then proceeded to tell me it could only be done on the App and that he would be happy to set up for me himself. I asked him if I could keep my old phone and to keep my current plan which allows unlimited data. I had him go over the numbers with me, assuring that I would see only a minimal increase my bill for insurance due to the increased value of the phone. Wrote it up, had it in the Queue at the store so all I had to do was pick it up an hour later. Picked up the phone, thanked Tyler profusely for all his help. Brought the phone home only to find an $800+ receipt in the bag. Went online and sure enough, I'm being charged for the phone. Called the store, was told to come back in the morning, met an irritable manager who insisted it was my mistake and I must have misunderstood. Then she told me she was going to have to charge me a re-stocking fee. I made her fully refund that. She didn't apologize...what has happened to customer service? Verizon is texting me to let me know that I still need to trade in my old phone, because i must be "enjoying my new phone". Incredibly frustrating and Just unbelievable! I am off to Apple to get a real price, great service and a better insurance plan.

Joel is THE BEST. I had a pretty complicated multiple line transfer of service/purchase and was very nervous it wouldn't go well, but Joel assured me all would be fine and it was! He explained everything and answered all my questions patiently and professionally. I felt very confident he knew what he was doing. The whole process from beginning to end was flawless and I left there happy. 5 Stars for Verizon and 10 Stars for Joel
