Ronnie and the service team took great care in helping us restore our Outdoor Greatroom Fire table. Awesome customer service and product knowledge. We drove 90 min to work with Casual King and we’d do it again without hesitation. And we were really impressed with the showroom - beautiful selection of outdoor items. Glad we found this place. We’ll definitely be back!

Answer the phone first of all! Please fix your entrance for semi trucks! Too dangerous maneuvering on that road, blind hill, etc! Have signs for semi drivers, it helps a LOT!Here's an idea ?Have all semi loads go to the warehouse in the back, down the street...On the other hand, the guys were sweet, they were very helpful ?

Got tired of having to put furniture in storage at the end of each season or the extra work that wood or other materials require. This furniture can stay out year round and still looks good. Love the ability to customize the color combos.The cafe height table and chairs are perfect. Not too high and not too low for a person with any knee issues who does not want to have rise up to get out of a chair. The added foot rest and wide width of the seat make for an amazingly comfortable seat.I was surprised by the price initially but it is worth every penny. Very sturdy and well made (by Amish.)

All the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. No pushy sales tactics. All of their products are of the highest quality. Are you going to find similar products for less elsewhere? Probably but you get what you pay for. I had competitors quote me equivalent structures much higher and wanted to negotiate. No thank you.

My wife and I purchased a 12'x14' Pavillion from Casual King earlier this year along with a gas fire table. I cannot recommend Joel Jordan, President and Owner, and the whole Casual King team highly enough for their product quality and superior customer service! Joel was super helpful and awesome to work with. The turnaround time from purchase to installation was longer than normal, due to COVID backlogs, but Joel kept us posted every step of the way. We are thrilled with our new Pavillion and are looking forward to using it next spring and we highly recommend Casual King for all your outdoor furniture needs!!

Worked with Ronnie at Casual King and could not be happier with the job they did!!! We had 4 chairs and 2 foot stools reupholstered and they came out fantastic!!!! Highly recommend

No one who was working in the store was wearing a mask. In Mass and in every store I've gone in since the start of this everyone wears a mask. It's for others safety as well as your own. My husband is a doctor who has worked in the ICU through this and it's no joke. I will never step foot in this store again.

Was a pretty regular customer. Multiple purchases.Bought an expensive outdoor table with fire pit feature in the middle and 6 chairs. Ignition divide was always terrible and eventually completely stopped working. Failed to return a few calls. Went in to politely discuss. Promised they would 'make it right' one way or another.They didn't. Ended up hiding behind suppliers warranty refusal.Neither myself or my family will ever buy there again.

The product is exceptional... top notch! The customer service, or lack of, is horrendous. You get a high end product with low end service. I'll never buy here again and I would warn any potential buyer off. Joel is the owner and executes the lowest standard with service. Go elsewhere.
