The YMCA in Hanover is more than just a place to exercise. It’s a community of nice supportive people. I decided to try something new (A challenge for me) and joined a water aerobics class. It is so much fun, the ladies are so nice and the instructors make sure that everyone is welcomed and supported. I can see myself being a long term member.

My favorite gym, love both indoor and outdoor pools. Always happy to come with my friends and volunteer in the playroom. Staff is very kind ?

A nice establishment I went to alot as a kid. They have a great gym and two nice pools, the staff is very friendly too. There is plenty to do here and if you like it they have memberships!

Just went to this y location with my husband and step son who was eager to get into the pool we called ahead to make sure we were coming at the appropriate time for open swim got there double checked with two employees who said the pool was opened once we got to the pool my husband and son were getting into the pool and a male employee was rude as hell just used his thumb to signal us to get out of the pool rude as hell we will not be returning to this location again if you can’t be polite and respectful to the public DON’T WORK WITH THE PUBLIC!!!!?????

Great place for swimming and all things fitness! Although it is usually quite busy, there is always space for some form of exercise and the other guests are all super friendly. Staff is sometimes hard to talk to and calls are not always answered but it is a well-organized establishment!

Large, clean YMCA with tons of equipment and workout areas. It has a modern feel and there are lots of activities and programs like Yoga, spinning, basketball constantly going on. It also has a huge pool for lap swimming.
