I took my Tiguan in to Coastal VW for a Quick Look at something I thought was simple, but I am no expert. However, a part needed to be replaced, which could be done right away, but I had to get to work. John H got a Lyft for me so I wouldn’t be late which was awesome. When I was ready, John sent a Lyft to come get me, equally as awesome. The staff at Coastal VW is friendly and efficient, which is hard to come by.
Thank you, your effort has not gone unnoticed!

I was not very happy with my service. I dropped off my car at noon on a Monday for a flat. I was advised earlier that morning my tire was ordered and will be in. When I dropped off my car, the tire was not there and they needed to keep the car. I advised they can fix the recall. Tuesday afternoon I received a call saying the tire was completed but they were still working on the recall. I was told this was a 3 hour fix and it still wasn’t ready by closing. I still didn’t have my car two days later after dropping it off. I had to call Wednesday mid morning and I was told it was “just finished”. I would not recommend using them if you don’t have to.

We have a 2024 lease on an Atlas and we’ve been in for service three times for problems with the electronics. When the touchscreen doesn’t work, you can’t turn on the heat, use CarPlay for directions, etc.

We had the pleasure of having Evan as our salesman at Costal VW. He was fabulous during the purchase of both our Daughter and Sons Volkswagens. He was attentive, helpful and patient with all of questions, concerns and most of all our insurance company. Highly recommended him and Costal and we’ll definitely be back when we’re ready to trade in my husbands car!

I have purchased 3-4 vehicles from then and have my vehicles serviced here. They always have great customer service. Just bought my vehicle 12/10.I bring in my vehicle to get serviced and never have any issues with their customer service. Never push to get everything done at once but always diligent in what needs to be addressed quickly.

Appointment took too long. Had an oil change and sticker.....1 pm appointment that finished at 2:45. Not efficient.

My service advisor was very professional, respectful and communicated the progress of my repair via a text message. The process was smooth and comfortable while waiting in the service waiting area. And he was a very nice person who explained everything that was done to my vehicle. Overall a great experience!
