We bought a Sonos playbase at Prime Time a few years ago, and with Steve's phone support configured it to our then TV. Earlier this year we upgraded the TV to LG which caused issues with controlling the volume through the comcast remote. I finally called Steve who was able to walk us through a process to reconfigure the remote and make things right. We would never have gotten to this solution without his cheerful phone help. He sells top-notch products and supports them like no other business that I've seen. I highly recommend his business.

I bought a Sonos Wave and the price is the price, BUT the bonus is the tech help from Stephen. I called him from my home and he walked me through the process of setting up my existing Sonos as surround sound. You won't get that kind of help from a big box store, they'll want an upcharge! I'll buy my next Sonos pieces from Prime Time, I know I will get the personal touch if I need it.

I purchased a Sonos Move from Prime Time over the holidays. I'm not the most tech savvy person and had a tough time listening to radio stations on the new unit. I called and Steve, the owner, spent about 15 min over the phone trying to troubleshoot the issue. When that didn't work he suggested that I stop in which I did this week. Within minutes my problem was solved but what really impressed me was Steve's willingness to spend time with me. He's a great problem solver. I normally purchase items on Amazon but I'm very glad that I bought the Move from Prime Time and I encourage others to do the same!

I recently opened a new brewery in Hanover and needed an audio/visual solution for my taproom. The owner, Steve, came out to my building, discussed my needs, and proposed a solution that has worked out very well for me. His installation partners were very professional and did a great job. And the whole thing was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend!

Now this gentleman Steve, understands customer service! No pressure sales and even accepts returns! Never mind visit your home on his day off to assist with wiring and design.
