The guy running it was late opening up the lane.
Guided me in when he was on the phone and yelling at the person behind me to pull up at the same time and continue to be on phone has he was pre-washing only one side of my vehicle.
I can only imagine how the rest of the day went.

Even though there are car washes within a 2- 5 miles away. I wanted to try this one out and get a membership if I liked it because of their 35 dollar monthly membership. Staff was not pleasant . I was going to tip him and he walked away .
Didn't spray my car down prior .
Although this isn't the facilities fault the person before me parked horizontally ; in front of the wash exit. Then he proceeded to try to navigate my way out as if I didn't know how to drive. When all he had to do was park in a spot not blocking the drive-through. At this point I maneuvered my way around the vehicle and left. I did not even bother to dry my car down because I was so annoyed.
I didn’t even get to see if they had towels to wipe down the car . I’m assuming not due to the person parking right in front of the exit of the car wash and pulled out his own towel. Not (microfiber )?♀️
Lesson learned. But thank you

Thanks to my man I got free car was sticker. Place is pretty good. People inside or so nice. Just a pain to pull out of...thanks for a nice car was...appreciate it from my man and the workers...A+

The wash is ok. I had a membership here. The problem is I cancelled the membership. Twice. And every month they keep charging me. I've called them multiple times. Some how they don't understand what cancel this means. I've had to have my credit card cancel each payment instead.Edit: to respond to the owner below: I cancelled in person once, over the phone twice. I shouldn't have to cancel 58 times on 23 mediums. I'll email you, but my part in this is done. Fix your system.2nd update: finally took care of cancelling it. The actual carwash is good, but needing to cancel multiple times, not good. 3\5 stars for that.

I am only giving one star because I have to! Stay far away from this business! I enrolled in a monthly plan that the Fall River location does not offer and have been trying to cancel my membership for 3 months and they continue to withdraw money from my account. No one responds to phone calls, emails, or cancellation on their website

Took my car to get bird drippings off of it. Paid $17 and it was still there. Had to wash my car again.

The wash itself was okay. Although the staff was very rude for no reason and the vacuums are weak.

I have been coming here for years and seems like this place is getting bad now as management doesn’t care.
After the wash you will still have soap leafy on it.
It doesn’t dry the car properly
Rollers are way close and every time they bang on my mirror and shut it and re open by force.
Half of the time they have no cleaning clothes out so you can’t even wipe off the leftover soap.
And Most IMP
EVEN IF IT DRIZZLE LITTLE BIT OF RAIN THEY WILL CLOSE WITH EXCUSE OF
CLOSED DUE TO BAD WEATHER.
Just like today they didn’t open until noon just because there was little rain.
How does the rain really cause the delay opening and that too until noon ?
When they claim to open at 7Am.
Just because they get the money for whole month doesn’t mean to find ways to close or open late.
THIS PLACE DEFINITELY NEEDS SOME SERIOUS IMPROVEMENT
