I booked a coaching course online. When I went to reschedule online I was unable to. So I went to cancel online and still was not able to cancel.I emailed Pickles asking if I could reschedule and stated I even would understand if there was a fee for canceling/rescheduling but that if I was unable to reschedule I wouldn't be able to make it at all and stated there was an inconvenience with the ability to book online but no ability to cancel/reschedule.Lisa DeMerrit immediately responded by canceling the appointment and an email that said not only did she cancel but that Pickles "isn't for me" because I simply questioned the lack of booking options online and how I could reschedule.I sent another email asking what about my email asking these questions qualified for being told I'm not even welcome at Pickles and got no response.Absolutely terrible customer service practices. If this is the response from this place simply inquiring about this issue/inability to do anything online besides just book then I definitely don't recommend Pickles. It came across as snobby and entitled which is probably their client base if this is how they believe they can talk to, what would have been, a new client. I had fully intended after this coaching to get a Life Time membership and instead will let anyone I know about the treatment I received and I own a local business myself. Never would have treated someone new this way.You lost a potential client over an email asking for information.

Fantastic facility for pickle ball. Had a very minor issue and the owners were awesome resolving. Very happy to be a full time member now.

Perfect court surfaces, fencing between courts so no errant balls interrupting games, excellent teaching coaches and very well run/managed

Fantastic pickleball facility with welcoming ownership! The facility was well laid out with plenty of space for waiting and observing. Lisa and Dustin were extremely welcoming and I instantly felt like part of the family. I will definitely be back! Keep up the great work!

I just started playing pickleball a few weeks ago and a friend recommended Pickles. I'm very happy that I listened. I went to watch one night and the staff was very friendly. I'm at one of the pros and decided to sign up for a lesson. It led to another lesson and I'm on my way to getting a membership! They're open to 10:00 on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. They do serve beer and wine and it's great fun playing the game and it's a very social atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Excellent place for playing pickleball. They have 6 courts and are very well maintained. Reservation is easy and can be done thru phone. The staff are verry verryyy nice. They also sell drinks. They alsoooo have cute apparels and I ended up buying one. Price of court reservation is also affordable as compared to Boston prices. We will definitely come back here!

Had a family party there tonight (big family), and we all had a blast. It definitely seems like a fun sport. We had a few courts going all night. I would like to go again soon. Also, staff were so nice and helpful. It's a great place.

I was visiting from Georgia and was very happy to see Pickleball is in Mass on the South Shore! I showed up for open play and was greeted by pleasant staff who warmed me up while waiting on players. The place is very nice and clean with many Pickleball courts. Although I am an experienced player, I showed up for open play Thurs at 4-6pm. It was just four of us which was perfect. I experienced some good matches. Normally I play in a 55+ community in Georgia so it was good to play against some younger, athletic players but there is a good mix of ages and abilities. Open drop in was $12 but they have memberships available. Would have loved to try the bar area. Bought some swag while there. This place opened in March 2021. I hope Pickleball catches on in Mass like it is in Georgia and they are successful. It seems to be doing great. I will definitely be back when in the area.

Don't really want others to find out about this place, but it is awesome..the staff are super nice, well kept facilities, easy booking system, nice little area to grab a post game drink, really cute swag.
