This is my first stop for auto parts, and usually my last, as they are more likely to have what I need in stock than other local stores. Very friendly staff, helpful, reasonable prices which are often excellent during sales. I haven't needed advice from them, but I've heard them answer questions for customers and they have always sounded well informed and don't try to BS people or upsell them. The one time they didn't know the answer, he just said that up front (whereas many people we'll just make up an answer so they don't seem uninformed).

Handover location- poor customer service Went in today to pick up my order of front rotors and brakes with my 1.5 year old and said you know what...let me grab some brake cleaner while I'm here. There were two workers (Caucasian) behind the counter and one was servicing another customer while the other one with long hair and glasses proceeded to ignore me as if I was not waiting to check out. (I initially thought he was working on something else and he just was unable to check customers out) Till another customer (Caucasian) arrives and sure enough, that same worker volunteered to assist the customer while I continued to wait with my baby in hand. To my surprise another worker came out the back to ring me up and hand me my order which again consisted of rotors and brakes. (Now I understand that I would have had to make a couple trips anyways) but it would have been nice if the worker offered to help bring something to my car...

This is the best place to go for battery needs and auto parts as well. The Kingston store is the best one we have been in so far, the staff is very professional and will find what you need no matter how long it takes. The store in Hanover was good, but the staff was definitely not as engaged as the Kingston store.

Needed a 3/8inch drive torque wrench that would go down to 15ftlbs. They had hat I needed. The associate pointed me right to it. I was in and out in a flash.

I needed a small round tiny battery for my key fob it was $ 10.00 dollars Scott replaced it for me also needed windshield wipers for the front and back was a little surprised how much they cost @ $ 25.00 dollars each they also have wipers for $ 30.00 and $ 35.00 dollars Scott also replaced those free of charge I would have given them 5 stars but they were short handed so I had to wait @ 15 minutes to have them put on also $ 25.00 dollars for windshield wipers?

I bought a battery and they installed it immediately saving me from having to drive home, install it and then drive back for the core return. Installation was free and professional. A+

Tyler, Bill, Jackie, Freddy (I think I have everyone's names right!) You all are the A Team.This location has some excellent customer service. So helpful, so friendly, and really helped me out in a bind. When my dad passed away, and my car battery needed replacing, I needed to learn basic car maintenance fast! My dad was always a fan of O'Reillys so I thought there would be my best chance at success. The team went above and beyond--they even went as far as replacing the old battery with the new one right there in the parking lot AND they showed me every step of the process so that I would know how to do it myself for the inevitable next time.Now this young lady will be ready the next time a car battery needs replacing! I will definitely continue to be a customer here for all my auto part needs.

Very positive experience at the Hanover store. I was waited on almost as soon as I walked through the door. The young man at the counter was waiting on another customer but he called back to a colleague to come out and help me.The second person was extremely helpful. He found the part I had ordered on the phone yesterday afternoon, and then walked with me out to the sales floor to help me locate two other products I needed.I was very impressed with the level of customer service at this store.
