Had such a great experience at Nasr Bros in Hanover. Brought in my engagement ring on Friday to be reset and was told a two week turnaround. They called me two days later on Monday saying my ring was ready! They were so easy to work with and walked me through every step of the process! Will come back and recommend to all of my friends.

I was looking for a new engagement ring and wedding band for my wife for our 30th anniversary. Brittani helped me pick the perfect setup. She took the time to explain every aspect of diamond shopping to me and gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision on this milestone purchase. I visited the shop in Hanover several times and changed my mind on what I wanted each time. She patiently accommodated all my indecision, until I was ready to pull the trigger on my purchase. In the end, the rings I chose were perfect and my wife LOVED them! If you’re in the market for top notch jewelry, Brittani and NASR are the place to go!! I’d recommend them to anyone.

Best jeweler around! The excellent customer service doesn’t end after the sale is made! My now husband had an engagement ring design in mind when he went into NASR. There weren’t any rings similar to what he wanted so George designed one for him and it’s gorgeous! I’m always getting compliments on it. I snagged the ring on a piece of metal the other day and George fixed it, no problem. Definitely a customer for life!

I bought my fiance engagement ring at NASR Jewelers because Brittini was so much help the process. She did a great job of learning what my fiance was looking for and then worked within a price range to make that happen. She was able to save us money on a diamond that was going for a lot more on online sites. Customer service like that makes a huge difference when making a big purchase.
