Ethan at Namco in Hanover was great! We were unsure about which package we wanted and he was very professional and courteous and went over all of our options without pressure. We always went to Leslie’s in Hanover, at least 20 years, one day they didn’t have what we needed and they were really rude about it. So we went to Namco and met Ethan, we never returned to Leslie’s, Ethan is such a great guy, knows everything, remembers us, definitely an asset to Namco Pools, please say thank you to him for working for you, a raise wouldn’t hurt haha…Gary and Betsy Patten

After purchasing a pool in 2021, two vertical posts bent in over the winter ( mildest winter I remember) was told the warranty does not apply as it was caused by ice - I don’t see ice in the picture - I have had a pool for 30 years and my pools in the past never caved in because the thin gauge vertical posts could not support the pool cover - I was given Webb site to order parts from the Chinese manufacturer myself ( yes I have to pay) is there other problems? Will the pool cave in or rupture with my family swimming in it? am I now a qualified pool inspector ? Do NOT purchase anything from this company

Doesn't sound like a reputable place. I called to get information about a tub and delivery. I have already done a lot of research on the Jacuzzi prices, installation, commercial use and board of health regulations. All I needed to know was whether or not they would deliver to Ptown. I wouldn't have minded paying the extra delivery charge because it is quite a hike.However, they were giving me some outrageous prices on the models, $5000 above what I was getting from other places. Then, they tried to give me all sorts of regulatory commercial use regulations and warranty limitations which weren't even true given I had already done the research.My sense is that they just didn't want to make the delivery to Ptown, so if they had to, they were going to jack the prices up by $5000. This is not a reputable practice.
