Waste of time. Took 4 weeks and a bunch of unanswered calls to find out my $600 TV would cost $500 to repair. The estimate/Dropoff fee is non-refundable and the store itself is a mess. Last attempt at "appliance repair." Just buy a new one.

We purchased a 60 inch tv and sound bar earlier this year. After repeated calls relating to the sound bar sound not working right. He finally agreed to take it back and issue a refund check. That was on April 29. No check yet. I have called several times...no answer...no return call...NO CHECK!!!

We had a TV installed over a fireplace. Andrew came by and reviewed the project and within a week the project was done to our satisfaction. We started having issues with the TV and Andrew dealt with Sony directly, and within a few days he came by and replaced the TV and programmed it. Excellent customer service and overall great experience - I highly recommend Mr TV!

I brought a Sanyo 32" flat screen w/ dvd player when the dvd wasn't ejecting from the unit. Andrew asked me to leave the set. I explained the problem to him. A week later I returned to find Andrew had broken the motherboard and had ruined the sound system of the tv. He attached a sound bar, which did not include a remote and hummed if in certain positions, as well as losing the sound from time to time. I contacted Andrew after a few MONTHS of no Andrew. He didn't remember the set, but said he would call me back. That was in October '18, haven't heard from him yet. THANKS FOR THE PROFESSIONALISM ANDREW, NICE BUSINESS MOVE!!!!!!
