I could not be more appreciative of the service I received during the process of trading and purchasing a new car. From Ben Stahl the process was seamless. In fact, my car was ready a day early during a long weekend and when we arrived the GM was grilling, moving cars, and approving deals!

Anthony was very thoughtful and professional
I brought the van in because of a code message d104 and a spare key that would not work in the ignition
Neither of the issues were fixed
I was sold a diagnostic analysis that came up clean and a fuel filter change and was recommended to have an oil change 3,000 miles before it was due for a change
I am hesitant to return

I recently had my Mercedes serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Hanover, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. My car had a Service A1 check alert on the dashboard, so I contacted the dealership, and they accepted the work. They provided a loaner, and a few days later, returned my car. However, when I got my car back, I noticed the Service A1 light was still on, leaving me uncertain whether the service had even been performed.
To make matters worse, the mechanics left dirty handprints on the textile portion of the car between the front windshield and the driver’s door. When I called the service manager to address these issues, they assured me they would fix everything. They took my car back, provided another loaner, and returned the car after a few more days.
Sadly, the problems only escalated. The Service A1 light was still on the dash, the back seats were not properly clicked into place, causing a warning light, which I had to fix myself. But the most alarming issue was the damage to the passenger seat leather, which was caused during their so-called cleaning process.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. It’s disheartening to see such poor attention to detail and lack of care from a dealership that is supposed to represent the Mercedes-Benz standard. At this point, I’m not sure what kind of team they have working in the back, but it’s clear they are not meeting the high standards one would expect from Mercedes-Benz.

Terrible customer service from the dealership department. A call was given at 12:48pm today and the employee who picked up the call was not helpful at all when he was asked about a specific vehicle. The employee picked up but hanged up as I was talking leaving me with no response or assistance!
