Went in for a sticker and an oil change. Also wanted them to check out a noise which I thought was shocks. They came out and said it was the struts making the noise ( which are covered and will be ordered ) and that I needed a new battery. I was surprised that I needed battery since I did not have anny battery issues but okayed that service since I have had no previous issues at this dealership. When I went out to vehicle after paying, there was no sticker and comments on the receipt stating I had made comments that vehicle kept stalling and I needed a new battery!! I never stated that I had issues with this battery! Fraudulent comments and charges for unnecessary service! When I approached the gentleman about no sticker and comments on the receipt, they insisted I needed the battery and apologized for no sticker. Insisted they would bring it back in and get sticker. About 20 minutes later they tell me it has been rejected because of the new battery!!! I need to drive it for awhile and bring it back. They hand me a new receipt with all those original comments deleted about battery and new comment stating customer states battery is dead!! Still false statement, I never stated I needed a new battery!! Waited over 2 1/2 hours, charged over 300 $$$ and leaving with no sticker and a battery I did not need!!

Had first oil change here after purchasing a used jeep from McGee. The work was done at the time scheduled, and the price was about what I expected. No complaints at all.

I went to this dealership with the intent to buy a car in cash with a pretty high budget. However, I told the sales rep that I probably will not buy until later in the week as I think about my options. He basically told me to get lost and wouldn't let me test drive any cars. I don't know if this behavior is just this person but after that I did not return

I'm extremely disappointed with McGee Toyota of Hanover. They don't keep their promises. After purchasing a car from them, they failed to follow through on anything they said they would do. It feels like once the sale is completed, customer satisfaction is no longer a priority. They promised to detail the car and remove the previous owner's information, but they didn't do either. After waiting for hours, Dave handed me the keys, assuring me that everything was taken care of, only for me to discover outside that nothing had been done. To make matters worse, they didn't even mention a current safety recall on the Toyota Grand Highlander I purchased. The salesman, Nick, who sold me the car, simply walked by and waved. Their dishonesty is unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
