First time in this store. I was a little weirded out that they wouldn't let me bag my own groceries. And then I had to rearrange the stuff. I know some people feel too important to bag their own groceries but other people prefer to. Especially when I bring my own bags.

I have been a market basket customer for decades & never really had anything to complain about..but lately I've been shopping at Hanover location..not really up to market basket standards!! But I've dealt with it, but this last issue I have to bring to your attention!! Ran into the Hanover location last night(mon 10/21) for hamburg....not ONE package on the shelves!!!!! Unacceptable in any grocery store but Market Basket?? Maybe it's time for me to find another grocery store..or maybe you need to check on the ordering of meat at that location!!
