I had a lovely experience at Lulabelle. The physical space at the studio is elegant and comfortable. The sales person who assisted me was knowledgeable, skilled, and welcoming. I left the studio with three new bras and more importantly, an enhanced understanding of how a bra is constructed and why it matters!

I must say being an older woman I was a bit intimidated with getting a bra fitting at a bra studio. My anxiety was quickly put to rest. Beata did an excellent job at fitting me for an appropriate bra. It quickly became apparent to me that every woman who comes into this shop will be treated with the utmost dignity and respect regardless of your situation. Thank you Beata for great service.

Being an "older woman" I decided to take the plunge and get my bra size measured correctly. Bras were becoming my enemy ( need to wear one) and every day I could not wait to take it off.
I made an appointment here and was so pleased with the service and the care provided. Lo and behold, I have been wearing the wrong size for years! No wonder the bras became airborne whenever I came home.
She was very patient and kind, explaining how bras were supposed to fit. She spent the time with me I needed and explained everything to my satisfaction. My main reason for going was comfort, support and fit. It was achieved and I am so appreciative!

Reposting because the owner responded and missed the whole point:
I want to preface this by saying Beata is wonderful, and she was the reason I stayed to make a purchase.
I mixed up my appointment times by accident. I booked a 3:15 but I meant to book the 1:00. As most moms know - I have a teething infant so sleep is in short supply. It was a genuine error. I offered to come back at my appointment time, but Beata said they would be able to assist me.
In the meantime someone without an appointment came in followed by the owner's daughter Liv. Liv asks Beata about the customers, makes a comment about how I'm here "very early" and takes the customer that walked in after me.
When I approached Liv to ask about this, she lied and said she "didn't know I was here", more-or-less said there was nothing she could do and told me to "wait until my appointment time" - which was in 2 hours. I reiterate that she was currently assisting an unscheduled walk-in that she saw arrive after me.
I would give this place 5 stars had I only encountered Beata. But the initial encounter with the owner's daughter was disheartening. I made a human error, however telling someone to wait 2 hours for an appointment (when you can clearly take walk-ins) is cruel. I had to arrange childcare for this , and I was just looking forward to getting a new bra for my postpartum body. I had planned to come back with my mother and daughter to replace their bras but that interaction left a bad taste.
Per the owner's response to my review:
She states I was early, attempt to deflect blame onto me (I already accept accountability for this in my review)
She states I was accommodated (my complaint is not about being accommodated)
She does not address or apologize for Olivia's behavior.

This place is phenomenal!! The woman who fitted me was fabulous! I swear, my new bras make me look 10-15 lbs smaller. Thank you, Lulubelle, I will never go anywhere else.

I had an absolutely amazing experience here today. This was my very first sizing, and it was wonderful. I was even able to get a bra that I'll feel more supported in as I ease back into mountain biking. I couldn't recommend this place enough, and I'll be back!

I had my first fitting today at Lulabelle with Beata and I walked out so thrilled and comfortable to have something that fits. Would highly recommend to give them a try; you’ll never purchase your bras anywhere else after visiting!

My daughter had made an appointment for a fitting and when she got home, couldn’t stop praising how fantastic it went! So I made an appointment, and I see why she was so impressed! I have never worn a underwire bra that supported and felt like you were not wearing a bra at all! I can’t wait for my sports bra to arrive! Thank you !

Biata is absolutely wonderful. I felt so comfortable working with her. She definitely knows all products. She is very patient and kind and so isn't her coworker. I found out her coworkers mother owns the business. FABULOUS, FABULOUS,FABULOUS!!!!!

I’d been on the hunt for a new bra boutique since moving back to the states, and this shop did not disappoint! The environment is incredibly welcoming, and Beata was a delight to work with during my fitting!
