I am shocked at their overall rating of 4.6. We dropped our vehicle off on Wednesday night. No communication on Thursday. Called late in the day and they said they didn’t see our car. Then they realized oh yeah it will go in First thing Friday. Again no communication after Dean promised he would update us. Call at end of day Friday. They said they didn’t get to it and it would be first on Saturday. After sharing our extreme frustration he basically hung up and said he would see us Saturday. Mind you we had it up there a week ago for a recall notice in which the same lack of communication and lack of customer service happened. The Maine light has been on for over a week. Dean told us we had to make an appointment. Probably just needs a reset. We are on our third day for just a reset. They have lost all of our future business as well as our negative experience will be shared. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service and lack of communication.

got my first Landrover here. Service was great. Anytime I had any issue I would have a loaner vehicle. They are polite and respectful.

This is the second time I had a warranty issue serviced at this dealership. Both times we had similar results. We waited the 12 days to get the vehicle into the service department. We dropped the vehicle off at 830 am as requested. After waiting the entire day, Tom, the service representative at 430 pm informed us the vehicle had not even been looked at yet. I called the following day at 300pm and again the vehicle had not been looked at. I called and asked Tom what was going on and he stated sometimes other vehicles take longer than expected. Why in the world would you book an appointment and expect it is ok to make someone wait indefinitely and not even look at the vehicle. Toms suggestion was we could take the car back and make another appointment. Is this dude serious! This on a car that cost 125K. What a joke. This dealership has the absolute worst service I have seen. I suggest going to Norwood if it's close to you. My sons Kia has a better service department. Definitely going with a G wagon next time. I'm done with Land Rover.

Great dealership to work with! They make sure their clients are satisfied with each aspect of the purchase of a vehicle. No pressure! Very knowledgeable sales staff.

I had a wonderful experience! The technician that work on my vehicle is the best in the business. My service advisor Dean was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. I’d give Land Rover Rockland a 10 out of 10!

Today I left a happy customer ? Dean my service advisor was very nice! He called me to keep in the loop daily through out my repairs sending me texts and calling to make sure I was informed I felt he really cared. He is an asset to the land rover team ?

I left my car on Monday morning with David Campanale and he said he would call me to update me, I said I needed the car the next morning to go to work. I waited, at 4:30 pm I called him and all the service phones and no one answered, I had to send a message to the Driver so he could find David, he (driver) then told me he was coming to pick me up because the David said to him that my car was ready, we got there, my car was in the Lyft, everyone had already left, and none of them were answering the phone. Driver Terrace was trying to sort out everything that wasn't his job to do. After waiting for a long time, they lent me a car to leave and said that the next morning my car would be ready, they simply forgot about me, like forgetting a customer? As if the customer didn't matter, absurd! After that he said that the car hadn't been fixed because I had to wait for the parts to arrive and that I should make another appointment when the parts had arrived. 2 weeks later I sent an email to David asking if there was any news? (where are the pieces?) and so he said it had arrived, (again he had forgotten to tell me). Anyway, the car was finally fixed this week. But it was difficult, the customer is the least important thing in this service.The driver Terrace was very attentive, he took care of me and was trying to sort everything out and it wasn't even his duty. He definitely needs to be much more than just a driver.

I would never go back to that dealership. I had such a bad experience with their service. They kept my car for three weeks and they didn't provide a loaner. When I finally got my car, after two days I had issues with the car. Fortunately, I find a Range Rover specialist in Westwood that resolve the issues for me. The technicians at the Hanover Range Rover lie and they charge an arm and a leg for repairs. They're extremely expensive and ridiculous. Be aware!

After 24 years of vehicle owner ship with many brands and dealerships for 12+ cars, and struggling with basic maintenance and straight forward sales I have now found my new Dealership. Day 1 maintenance on vehicle of different brand finally resolved issue plaguing car for 3 yrs from buying new, day 3 so impressed with service and follow up traded car for Rover once again best experience in my 10yrs of living in MA. Day 7 traded another car with 3 yrs ownership for a clean clean used car with premium care! Obviously with my experience this dealership is not just a average dealership, but the best!

terrible. booked yes drive, with some complete moron called Jehwl "or something like that. couldn't find the vehicle, passed us off to someone called John who couldnt tell the difference between a 2 and 4 door car. missed opportunity for you ! more fool the owners and Land Rover for entrusting this deals to represent them. 2 miles down the road and purchased an Audi. now that place was service. audi of norwell awesome
