This review is for Joann in general. Being a craft/art store, if you have to exclude everything craft and art related in coupons, why do you even give out coupons and waste ink and paper?

Love this store. Very helpful staff. Doing a project i have never attempted and they were great with how to do it. Only problem was that we had to ring twice to get a clerk to the register and waited at least 5 minutes. By the time she showed up there were 4 customers waiting.

I came here with my wife! My wife ask me to go back here again and again!! So many fabrics to choose from. The staff are very nice and helpful. They recommend coupons to save money for customers! Definitely a good business. I am going back in couple hours to get more materials with my wife.??

They sell reclosable bags, resin projects, alphabet beads and more. Excellent customer service. A 5 to 6 minute walk from Hanover Crossing to Jo-Ann.
