Been here for 30 minutes so far without anyone helping, one employee walked by and said someone would be right with us and had not returned. Very incompetent since the "appointment" was at 815am and it is now 850am. People have schedules to keep. Should have went to enterprise. Haven't even started paperwork yet.

This hertz location is awesome! I was getting late for my pick up and the associate was so nice when I called and told him my ETA was 5-10 mins after they close for the day. He was so sweet and nice enough to wait for us, that too on Thanksgiving Eve. Thanks for all your help!!

Had a top notch experience at Hertz in Hanover. My guy Danilo and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful and were able to set me up without any problems. They made the whole process really easy and i would recommend them to anyone in the area who needs a rental!

We have had the pleasure of working with Danilo Rodriguez twice while looking to rent a car. He has been so friendly, helpful and accommodating and easy to work with always with the customers wishes foremost. I would definitely recommend this Hertz location and Mr. Rodriguez in particular.

Do not go here without a credit card that is able to swipe. Their card reader does not read chips, they refuse to manually enter a credit card number, and do not accept credit cards nor cash. Despite being ready to give them my money, and after the rep did not offer me any sort of apology or sign of regret, I left here super annoyed and without a car.

I would stay away from this place. I rented a car and needed to extend it 5 days. No one told me that they would charge me same for 5 days as 7. According to Hertz, their policy is that a week is 5-7 days. This is absurd. When I asked both the local and the national office to point me to a place where that policy is written down, no one could provide me with an answer. When I asked for a two day refund, I was denied. When I asked for the car back, they said the contract was closed. I could have kept the car for an additional 2 days at no extra charge. UgggggggggH!This is addition to the bullshit Vehicle Licensing Cost Recovery fee that they don't mention until you pay your bill. It is added to the quoted weekly rate. It 9.02% of the total charge. It's the definition of a junk fee.One last thing, when I called the national office they kept repeating the same line. "I'm sorry for the inconvenience. There is nothing we can do." It didn't matter what I said, they just kept repeating that line. I could have said 'It's raining today." and she would have said "I'm sorry for the inconvenience. There is nothing we can do." I asked to talk to a supervisor and the woman told me she didn't have a supervisor! OMG!

yes i book a reservation for june 25 till july 2 i recived email on june23 your car be ready on fri so on june25 i called be pick up they said is no cars to rent i talk some guy on the phone he said we will put me on waiting list i have not herd from them you can not get any on the phone i try send 2 emails it been three weeks this second time this happen this not good customer service at hanover location yes i try to rent acar again on fri sept 10 to sept 13 someone hertz was pick me up on fri hertz send me email on thurs will pick you up 400pm this third time i try to rent acar so will not waste anymore time with this rent a car company so will call someone over enterprise they know how to treat customers right

Easy to get a car, easy to get done with the paperwork...I took a car paid by the insurance company of a lady that hit my car. The Mazda CX5 I got was a good replace for my lovely toyota sienna for one week
