“This is possibly my favorite online shopping interface. It's easy to select what I want, even when I'm not quite sure what it is. Sorting and filtering are top-notch, as is the selection of fastener types and materials. The type descriptions are a treasure trove, too. I suppose I should mention reasonable prices, fast shipping, and the fact that every order has been in stock.”

The young lady was in the process of grabbing my merchandise. I signed for it and left. Total process took ~5 minutes tops and I was on my way home. Very pleased”

“I can't thank Ron, and the Hingham Lumber staff, enough. My wife backed into our garage door and we were quoted close to $10k to replace it. I took out the damaged panel, and Ron was kind enough to repair it. Not only did he repair the damage, he did so whilst preserving what he could saving me money in the process, and making it better than it was before. All in, close to $600 later and I have a panel that looks better than before and have saved time and money! Now, as for the color matching, that was on me. Thank you Ron!”
“Amazing! Not in 40 years have I experienced such a professional environment to purchase homeowner landscape equipment. Although their showroom initially appears to be geared to commercial customers, their staff and their knowledge of homeowner concerns are immediately addressed by their friendly staff. From the moment I entered the showroom I got the feeling that regardless of whether you were there to purchase a $5,000 generator or a $250 leaf blower, they treated you professionally and with completeness. Anyone leaving a negative review regarding lack of attentiveness or not handling service issues immediately should reconsider and cut them some slack as they are dealing with "post-COVID" conditions with a lack of skilled labor. Just like the hospitality and food & beverage industry, everyone is dealing with it. “Service is always 5 stars here, the never look and run away like the big chain stores. Old school five star service. they look at you and ask if they can help you find anything. They always make great keys and best price around. Definately check here with auto keys 1st, $20 here. Selection isn't perfect,but if you have the chance to save $70 it's worth a check., $90 and $200 at the dealer these days. Especially if I need a few keys. The vale is greater or better than chain stores. “It was a pleasure shopping at Dewhurst Lumber Co Inc. Ace Hardware. Several staff members offered assistance as soon as I walked in. I was in the market for a 32 ft. Extension ladder they had it in stock. Their pricing was very fair considering it is a uncommon item and Home Depot and Lowes needed to have it shipped to their stores. After purchase, a couple of guys loaded it in to my truck and I took off. Very seamless shopping experience overall. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“I like Lowe's. They carry great plants, and seem to be a store designed to help people find what they're looking for. However, on my most recent trip, it was very hard to find an associate to assist. I was shopping for a smart ceiling fan. Unfortunately, I had to go through a few associates to finally find one who told me that smart ceiling fans are available online only. Total waste of time.”
