I had a bad customer service experience here recently. I called before taking the 45 min drive and they had what I was looking for (only 1 it seems) when I got there they had just sold it. The woman tried to talk me into something different which was not what I wanted. She then stomped off and complained about me in a loud voice to the man at the cash wrap. This bothered me all day so I called to let a manager know about my experience. Well they couldn't find a manager so I spoke to an employee. I don't know if it was ever reported to a manager so here I am. Unprofessional on multiple levels. Good luck with your business I'll be shopping elsewhere going forward.

Great family owned and run happy staff willing to help. They carry Barleans cold press flaxseed oil in the fridge not on the counter. That’s important to me because flax goes rancid at higher temperatures.

I unfortunately witnessed employees give blatant misinformation to a Father/Son, simply with the goal of selling any/every product on their shelf. ANY STORE THAT PUSHES MASS GAINERS TO YOUNG MEN SHOULD BE ASHAMED. Instead of recommending some form of protein powder isolate, which is a good quality way to get protein , Good Health pushes Mass Gainers that are full of artificial sugars, simple carbohydrates, and other filler ingredients. They also have a cabinet that claims to sell SARMS and other “Pharmaceutical Grade” anabolics, which is incredibly dangerous, and blatantly false. None of those products are regulated, and they make nonsensical claims that Good Health employees seem to love to promise to young men. It’s sad to see a place that should be an honest resource to their customers be so selfish. Do better.

Staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They have a variety in the grocery section. As any other family owned business prices are pricey due to over head costs. Will still go there!!!

I love shopping here. Their selection is great, with many items that are hard to find elsewhere. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about all of the products on the supplement side of the store. Clean and bright too.

We deserve this store! The Quincy location was amazing and served so many towns and cities in the metro area. It's sad they had to close it due to the building being sold, and now have just this one location. Their knowledge of supplements and so-called "alternative" health is vast, authentic and rooted in decades of expertise--service that is the opposite of what I find at over-priced, Amazon-tized Whole Foods. Please continue to support this store!

I stock up on supplies and I drove to the quincy location and realized they were closed! Everyone was always so friendly and helpful at this location! I will be taken a drive to the new location today!
