Went in to return a bottle that broke immediately after purchasing two days ago. I had purchased it from another store. Was told by the guy there that it was against policy to do returns on collectibles. Did some researching on the return policies and found he was making it up.

I went into this GameStop to purchase a Nintendo switch today and was greeted by one of the workers he would not stop pushing the pro membership that GameStop offered. After saying no 10+ times to the membership he continued to belittle me and rudely comment saying I didn't know what I was talking about. I gladly walked out of the store with no Nintendo switch as I won't be giving my hard earned money to a disrespectful worker who thought he could con me Into buying this membership. I hope no one decides to give this GameStop business. Really sucks he wouldn't let me explain to him that I worked retail aswell and that missing out on me buying a 300$+ console would hurt more than missing out on a 40$ membership.

Beware they sell things that don’t work and even if you have a receipt and bought the product less the 24hrs prior they will do nothing about it thankfully I got protection didn’t know I’d have to use it already when sold a faulty controller and what pisses me off is it doesn’t roll over you have to pay 15$ again smfh that’s not how you do business your company should get in trouble for scamming soon GameStop will no longer be a thing just like blockbuster

I bought 2 wii u games and a Wii controller, the games said they were invalid discs, and the controller had a battery pack that I couldn't charge because I didn't have the special charger, and it wouldn't work with normal batteries. This ruined my day!

My dad recently pre-ordered Hogwarts the deluxe edition which came out on 2/10/23 and we went to pick up the game the following day because they didn't open yesterday as my dad came and sat from 10:50-11:30 and they didn't open their were another 7 people waiting for the store to be opened which never happened so come today when we try to pick up the game we're told that they "can't hold a pre-order for more than TWO days" it hasn't even been a complete day yet and on top of all that the guy lied right to my dad's face and in general I would spend your money elsewhere as at least you'll get your item(s) you purchased from a different store or location.
