Came in to take my passport photo, as online it says they offer that service. I walked in and asked politely, to which the old woman at the register rudely told me they don’t do those here. I was confused since online it says they do offer it… then she all of a sudden says the camera is broken and snarkily tells me I need to go to Pembroke. It’s ridiculous I had to drive all the way out there and then get treated disrespectfully after you guys not having a service that you OFFER. Awful customer service not one apology for the inconvenience NOTHING. Just a rude worker and a waste of my time. At the least, take the option of passport photos off the Hanover website in efforts to not waste other peoples time!

The CVS pharmacist is combative, unhelpful, and willfully obstructive. Literally prevented me from getting Covid meds in time. STAY AWAY.

Decided to get my disposable camera photos developed. After 3 weeks when I came they said that it’s been a delay because of the holidays. Came by a couple times after and the fourth or fifth time I came (it’s been a month since I put in my order) they said that the machine was broken and my order was the next one to be developed. One week later I showed up and the store manager had to call a photo department (at this point I was confused as I assumed they needed their own machine to develop it) so I’m very disappointed. It’s been 5 weeks since I placed the order and I really hope that it wasn’t lost. I was supposed to gift the photos to my friend who was visiting me for the holidays and the photos were supposed to be developed a while ago but here I am. Don’t waste your nerves and time on developing pictures at this establishment.

Pharmacy is awful. Do not listen to requests at all and uncaring. Store doesn't give good communication about delays or issues with prescriptions. Poor.

Do not come here for UPS package drop offs. Middle aged woman at the counter refused to accept my package because it was "too heavy". The CVS.com website indicates it accepts UPS package drop offs under 44 lbs which mine was under so the woman refused to service me because it would have been an inconvenience to her to carry it to the back. Nasty woman. Hope she sleeps well at night!

Always out of everything. I've been trying to get my medicine for a week now and they've been out of stock. The system tells me it's ready, but then when I actually go to the place it's not... This is not good. They are supposed to be my pharmacy benefit managers, apparently they're just thieves

The ladies at the minute clinic were amazing. They made me feel at ease and welcomed. Maribeth talked through all of my options for medications and took me over to the section to find what would work best for me. I have never had this good of an experience at a minute clinic before. Highly recommend!

Called this pharmacy they told me they had plenty of my meds in stock. Drove 5 miles and they said they’re keeping what they have for regular customers. Black haired middle aged pharmacist was rude and unhelpful. They also ignored me and other customers. Really unprofessional. Avoid this CVS.

Asked two people for help today. Person 1 indicated "I don't know", and walked away. Person 2, the pharmacist, indicated whatever they had was on the floor, from 8' behind the counter. I rephrased my question to ask for very specific help to identify an item in an aisle, and was told it would be better to try another store.

Go anywhere but here for minute clinic. Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. They shouldn’t be in business. I have reached out to CVS directly to relay my concerns and I encourage others to do the same.
