Always out of everything. I've been trying to get my medicine for a week now and they've been out of stock. The system tells me it's ready, but then when I actually go to the place it's not... This is not good. They are supposed to be my pharmacy benefit managers, apparently they're just thieves

The pharmacy personnel are always very helpful (even when there is an error on CVS side). They seem to understand the customers frustration, and I have witnessed them remain calm in many frustrating situations, especially during COVID times. Thank you for all you do...

They need a lesson in good customer service. The employees seem to view customers as inconveniences. I was unceremoniously banged into by an employee who clearly doesn't value customers and barely has any manners...so sorry to be shopping! I won't return, one less customer to deal with.
