A very well stocked store with a wide array of high quality material to choose from. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable and orders are filled quickly.

I had two window seat cushions made. They were $800 a piece and when I picked them up the material had seams showing on both ends. It is very noticable and makes them look cheap. I was told the material did not fit all the way around. I just think for that price that is something they should have told me , as I would have picked a different pattern. In addition, the cushion they put in one of the cushions (I let them keep my previos cushion for one of the seats) is much flatter and not as nice as the one I provided them with...all in all it was very disappointing.Deb, the manager was very nice about it and I would give her 5 stars. She offered to have the cushions done over with the lines going the other way, but it would be far too busy.But for the price, I would look elsewhere, the quality was just not worth it.

I had a wonderful experience working with Calico Corners and especially Deb, the store manager. Deb helped me through the entire process: choosing fabric, measuring items and executing the order swiftly. She made sure that my order was placed in a timely manner and was constantly keeping me up to date on when my order would arrive. I had two ottomans and several cushions for outdoor seating recovered. The work was impeccable and I am looking forward to enjoying these pieces for years to come. I will definitely work with Deb again and I will recommend her services to all of my friends

I was a previous customer of this store but due to some issues with the manager there I stopped visiting this location about a year ago. I needed some additional material for a project I am working on and found myself forced to go back. I am very happy that I did. The feel of the store is a much more pleasant experience. They have new staff in there as well as a new manager. The staff seems very happy and they were very helpful so now when I need something I will go back to this location. great job.

When I first walked into Calico I was greeted warmly by Paula who is one of the designers. She helped pull a couple of fabrics and promptly gave me space to explore. I was overwhelmed by the array of beautiful textiles that were divided into color groups. Since I was there to pick out fabric options for a client I was able to take home a few samples to share. The check-out process was very simple and allowed me to show them to my client in person. Once we decided on a fabric, Paula helped me process my order and explained the various options. Overall I was happy with the experience and will use Calico again.

It was not a great experience today. No one seems to know what they're doing. You have to beg for help while 3 people are ringing out one person. In the past when I purchased from them the staff was excellent, sadly not anymore.

I'm all set with this place. The woman who I think is the manager is so miserable. I felt like so shouldn't be working in customer service. Felt like she wanted to be some where else. My daughter also had the same experience. She bought a new home me in Cohasset and needed ideas for fabrics .. she said the woman was so awful..... maybe the women there need re training

Unfortunately, I have to give the Hanover MA store 1 star when I would like to have said 5. I have been a client for 20 years at this store and have dealt with many lovely woman and men over the years, but unfortunately I can no longer accept the arrogance and ego of the current manager, Frank. He treats his customers and staff with same dismissive matter of fact attitude that doesn't belong in a retail customer service/ sales and managerial role.

I personally would not return to this store for more than purchasing fabric on & SALE knowing the exact amount I need given the variation of the “repeat of the fabric” needed in hand. Get a separate fabric yardage measurement and then a separate labor quote from 1-3 other reputable upholsterers. You can go here to select fabric & order it (wait for sale as their prices are high) BUT be sure you use the measurement from your outside upholsterer when ordering. It’s not that hard to find a top notch upholsterer.

Very happy with my experience at Calico. I worked with Frank Poltack. He is very knowledgeable and did a fabulous job with my order. I highly recommend Calico and would go back. The quality of work is superior.
