I had a completely positive experience with Sam R at The Auto Mart in Hannover, MA. They had the best price on the vehicle I wanted, and it was in excellent condition. Friends and family think it is 10 years newer than it actually is. Financing through Rockland Federal Credit Union was a breeze, as was all the paperwork during the purchase process. I would definitely consider purchasing from Sam again.

I can't say enough good things about Auto Mart Hanover and their outstanding team, including Mark, Bob, and Sammy. Their professionalism, excellent communication, honesty, and genuine care made selling 10 vehicles to them a breeze. Bought a car here about two months ago and it won't stop givung me problems. The first thing they did was sell me a car with a rusty exhaust with a hole in it. They gave us a hard time as is to get it fixed but eventually they did. Don't buy from here, my parents and I won't be returning.

Whoever mark is that we spoke to on the phone is a huge D BAG. never buy from this place or let them buy a car from you. No customer service and not professional in one bit. Should be fired.

I've bought a couple of cars from Bob and Sam. On the first car, I was concerned about comfort on long rides. They said take it for the weekend. I did. It was superb. I asked for one thing to be fixed. They did, and I bought it. I had a couple of minor problems much later with it and they took care of the problems even though it was off any warranty. Another car, they found for me. It was a beautiful car. A couple of years later the power window broke. I came by and Bob said, you pay for the part ($75), and I'll have my guy install it. I once asked the Western Auto guy across the street about them. He said - those guys are the best dealers on Route 53. I agree. I have sent many friends there and all have been satisfied. My auto mechanic was the one who sent me there. There is one problem. Once you deal with these guys, you will expect all used car dealers to be like them. Ahh, not so!

Bought a car, called with a problem 2 days later. Was told to bring it in.....leave it. I need a car to get to WORK!!! Won't give me a loner. Basically said "I'll give you your money back!!! Doesn't know how to satisfy a customer. Bad attitude. Very disappointed.

The Auto Mart maintains an excellent selection of low mileage, quality pre-owned vehicles with top notch service along the way. Mark & his crew take pride in conducting business first class here as it's tough to find trustworthy used car dealers these days. I highly recommend considering these guys for your next vehicle purchase as the value they provide here is second to none!
