1 star because can't give 0 - Paul didn't want to help us at all, used a ton of technical terms that were completely unrelated to why we were in the store, and essentially kicked us out the door with how unhelpful he was. He talked us in circles, coming up with every excuse as to why he couldn't help us. I can't decide what was my favorite part of the experience: him not looking me in the eye at ALL and only talking to my husband, or when he defensively remarked that At&t wasn't the only carrier affected in the last week as if he were personally offended! Literally made us want to switch carriers!

I had high hopes for this store, but it was a let down. We came here on January 1st to exchange 2 Apple Watches that had been purchased online within 30 days of us going to AT&T. We called customer service ahead of driving to the store to confirm the specific details of our purchase and intent to exchange, etc. We clarified that we would be able to proceed without issue in-store, and began the long drive there only after this conversation. Once we arrived at the store they had our new items on hold for us as discussed, but they claimed they could not accommodate our exchange due to us not having the original product packaging. We had already explained this via phone prior to coming to the store, so it was very frustrating to receive contradictory information in person. The employees at this store (manager included) made zero effort to fix the error of their own company, and essentially just shrugged their shoulders and told us to handle the exchange online / order replacement boxes on our own. Rather than making the trip a total waste and burning gas in our car for no reason, we still purchased our new watches and opted to handle the return of the old watches on our own. It was annoying to be not only lied to, but inconvenienced. We have a business account with AT&T, but they apparently don't take that into consideration or aren't worried about keeping customers satisfied. I wish I could work as an employee for a company like AT&T - apparently you don't need to be accountable for giving false information to customers. Must be nice to do whatever you feel like!

I had the same experience as Melissa. Was told we were getting a free watch due to a promo, but it is not free. Our bill will almost double from the changes they made swapping plans around. They make it sound real good in the store, only for ATT to text me saying my bill is going to double due to the changes. We will be retuning the watch, cancelling the extra line they added for a watch...Because who needs a phone line for a watch. Finally I will be trying to undo everything they did in store that changed my bill. I will never buy from this location again. If I am unable to change things back to before Hanover screwed it up I will be changing carriers.

Ivy at AT&T store in Hanover is amazing! He is knowledgeable, patient and kind. He helped me out in transferring a phone from another provider that didn't make the process easy. Ivy never got upset and handled the process seamlessly.

Went in with my daughter to activate a used phone and needed a new SIM card. They gave me a bad SIM card and told me that I needed a new phone. I knew better to fall for it, but I didn’t think that they’d actually go that length for a sale.I could have tested it there in the store using my own SIM card, but I waited. Eventually got another used phone for my daughter and the SIM card was bad. Corporate sent me a new SIM card. Be careful, they will lie about your phone not working to get a sale. It’s really too bad.

Very helpful with purchasing a new phone but they charged an additional $25 per month on my bill for home security warranty. I do not have a home security system through AT&T so it was taken off my bill but only after a lengthy call to customer service.

Staff is friendly however all they have offered to us is selling more devices. Absolutely useless for tech support.

Fast and great service from Peter and Jordan. My girlfriend and I came in to switch our phones over to at&t and the process couldn't have been easier or more friendly. Everyone in the store was very helpful.

Carl was great. Very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to resolve my issue rapidly and efficiently, I would highly recommend him and I will certainly be back next time I have a need for the AT&T store!!
