It was a beautiful place but I really did not like the thin walls and it was more of a get away for me and I did not appreciate the children running up above me and who I could hear very clearly as well as them. Walking past my room when I had the blinds open with their dogs and looking inside my window. I really like the sunshine coming in but I had to close my blinds due to the children looking in!Rooms: The rooms were very nice. But the walls were thin and you can hear the people beside you and above you

So I came to spend a weekend alone. (2 nights) The bed was like sleeping on a rock, I got no sleep for night. Then went to use the coffee maker, there was no sugar or creamer. There was no shampoo or conditioner. For the cost of the room, wasn't worth it. If price was lower I wouldn't be as upset. Then found out they add another $20 "resort fee". For what??? Then i went to cook my food i purchased and it was totally infested with ants. All over the counters and everything else. I have been to better rooms with more things for less cost. I left a night early. I won't be coming back.

Overall had a great experience staying here, biggest issue is the water pressure. Showering as a whole wasn’t a great experience. The sliding glass door isn’t tall enough for an average person to get in without hitting their head. Hot tub and swimming pool were nice, movie theater was a nice touch. A lot of local places near by and the staff was great with providing suggestions.

Like an apartment complex with 30 buildings. We enjoyed our stay here. Check-in and out were fast. They literally give you everything you need to feel and cook "at home." Loved the fireplace. We would stay here again but upgrade the room for a more roomier experience and the jetted tub. ?I'm glad my friend recommended this place.

We had the smaller room with just a kitchenette; however, it included an induction plate which allowed us to heat food on it. That was a very nice addition to the kitchen. The entire facility was spotless. The pool was enclosed in a large glass room overlooking the mountains. It was beautiful. The staff were friendly and

A wonderful place to stay! I have always received fast and friendly service. The location is beautiful, but not close to any stores or places to shop - I love the remote location and prefer this resort because of the rural beauty that surrounds it... for people who prefer a variety of close recreational amusements, conveniently located shopping centers or places to dine that are close by, this may not be a good option.

Our stay left much to be desired. The fireplace didn’t work. We called to let them know, and while they said they’d send someone down to fit it, no one came. The microwave and the ice maker bucket in the freezer were both dirty. The lid to the coffee machine was broken. There is no shampoo or conditioner, which I wasn’t aware of until 8pm when it was too late to go get any.The patio furniture was old and dirty from cigarette smokers— and not from one or two sittings. It was caked on, and as a former smoker, I’m aware of the long term impact of things not being cleaned. The furniture was old and uncomfortable, especially the bed.Guests are expected to do their own dishes and trash removal, or pay an additional fee. I’m used to this with an AirB&B, but not with a resort. When we checked out and (kindly) explained why our stay wasn’t enjoyable, we were advised to request one of the newer units if we ever came back. We won’t be going back, but I’ll pass that advice forward.I’m not one to complain this much. I also don’t write public, negative reviews. However, with just a long list I thought I’d share. To me, “resort,” means I will be able to relax and enjoy. As a single, working parent this trip away was meant to be restorative. While the area/ hiking was amazing, the stay at Vacation Village took more energy than it gave.Pros: the TV was nice, and we got to hear coyotes.

Location is great! Service at checkin was very good- the gentleman who checked us in was super friendly- there’s a nice common area where the pool and hot tub are. The grounds are clean and well kept-BUT that’s where the positives end-Immediately upon walking into the building where our condo was located the damp-musty odor in the hallway was overwhelming- the carpets are at least 20+ years old and in urgent need of replacement. The room was also very musty and had an awful smell-The rooms are extremely outdated & poorly equipped. The carpets need to be removed and replaced. The living room furnishings are worn out, uncomfortable, stained and dirty. The bed is worn, lumpy, hard, and very uncomfortable- not a restful night of sleep the entire week. The shower head had a leak, which dripped incessantly the whole time and kept the floor wet in the bathroom. The size of the rooms were nice and the patio was nice-With a good facelift and update this place would be great.

The resort and the room are neat and clean and amenities are great. Facilities are well taken care of and the pools are kept at a very comfortable temperature. Pool are big enough to spread out and very child friendly. There is also a room with arcade and other activities on-site. The location is somewhat remote and requires a bit drive, but the views are amazing. I give it four star because the furnitures need to be updated and some renovation is required to the units. One elderly couple we spoke to mentioned that they couldn't sleep because of their worn out mattress. With few tweaks this can become a spectacular resort.

Our recent stay in the Vacation Villages in the Berkshires was absolutely wonderful! The staff were SO very friendly, helpful and eager to make our stay extra comfortable! I even got to practice my Spanish with some of them, which was a bonus! The Reservationists were so good about accommodating my 92 yr old Mom’s special needs and circumstances, and were so understanding. They made her feel at ease. These are the reasons that we return to vacation here, year after year, and hope to be able to continue to do so, for years to come! Thank you!!!

Not enough kitchen utensils to work and cook with. Made to go get fresh towels ourselves or anything else we needed. Nothing in the suite to aid in power outage, such as an emergency radio, candles or a flashlight. No generator in case of guests who use oxygen and no emergency lighting in the hallways.Rooms: Very nice. Beds are very comfortable. The TV service is TERRIBLE. NO LOCAL CHANNELS subscribed to. Bring Fire stick.

Is located in a very quiet and relaxing area, where you can see the windmills from short distance. The pools are ok, and the cleaning staff are very friendly, good people. I’m giving this place only 3 stars because the whole thing need an update, they made us wait and extra hour to give us the room key at the check in, the room itself was ok, it had everything we need to spend our 6 days vacation. But the furniture need to be change. My bed was uneven, I noticed one of the bed legs was broken as you will see in the picture, we couldn’t use the jacuzzi in the room because it was falling apart, also kitchen cabinets were broken. I hope they update all the furniture because is really disappointing using a bathroom sink that is clogged. The last day we tried to use the laundry room on our floor, but water was not working. They told us to use downstairs laundry room, so just imagine going up and downstairs with all the laundry because they forgot to put the water back after doing some maintenance. Also Wifi keeps disconnecting and was too slow speed.

Had a wonderful family reunion here! Loved the mountains all around, loved the amenities, also close enough to drive to cute towns or hiking trails. Would definitely go back and would definitely recommend!

Front desk worker Michelle (older lady with glasses) became nasty with a bad attitude on 8/3/23 around 2:25pm. My one star review is only because of Michelle.I approached the front desk which was empty, no guests at all, with another female front desk worker and showed Michelle my room card and this is how the experience went.Me: Can I get 4 towels?Michelle: "for? for? for?"(I couldn't make out if she was asking to confirm "four?" towels or asking me "for what?" like she needed a legitimate reason to know why I am asking for towels. The moment I knew she wasn't asking "four?", I knew this wasn't going to end well.)Me: "For my room, I need towels for my room".Michelle: "They are delivered to you, you have to put in a request".Me: "I did last night, I texted for new towels and it hasn't been delivered and I also put the used towels outside to exchange them for new ones"Michelle: "What's your room number"Me: (Gave her my room number)Michelle: "You're on the list. They have until 4pm to deliver them"Me: "Well, can I cancel the delivery since I'm here asking for towels?"Michelle: "No we can't, we don't have towels back here, only 2. They have until 4pm to deliver the towels"Me: "Well I put the used towels outside my door and I don't have any towels to use right now"Michelle: "Did you put them in the foyer? foyer? foyer?"Me: "Yeah....."Out of all the front desk staffs who were very caring and kind. I had the worst experience with nasty Michelle.I had a gentleman who gave me 2 towels from the cabinets the other day which is filled with towels and for Michelle to not even accommodate the "2 towels" was pathetic. She guarded those towels like it was Fort Knox.I traveled far from my room to the front desk for towels and Michelle rejected my request in the most unprofessional manner. Michelle treated me like a unwanted guest and a trespasser like I am someone from out of town coming in for towels. Felt like I was in a verification process with a credit card company to confirm the right information, following their process and prompts all to just be denied.Anyone checking in or checking out or requesting items at the front desk. Warning, Stay away from Michelle.
