Tara who works alone on Saturdays is amazing! It gets swamped and yet she has a system to help everyone out efficiently. She does it all with humor, kindness, and a smile. Engaging everyone to join her in her happiness to provide excellent service, she makes you feel important. We went in this past Saturday very early for our passport appointment for our two children and she welcomed and accommodated us instead of sending us away. She helped every step of the process since we had never applied for a kid’s passport before. If there were more people with Tara’s energy and outlook the world would be a better place. Thank you Tara!

Frustrating town post office fails too much Conversation going on to get the process completed . mostly do not receive mail and packages to home address from vendors and family. Always go to East Longmeadow ,Ma to be sure you get what you paid for if important shipping needs . Hampden Post Office waiting for callbacks, Phone number goes to voicemail NO RESPONSE BACKS EVER to assist with where mail and packages went to Lost ? when contacting Vendor there response was it delivered but never received and charged for a no show products delivery

The staff at this office is the most helpful and friendly!!! I have been going to the Wilbraham Post office and they are the rudest, laziest bunch of employees i have ever come across. The post master takes the prize!!

I've never loved a post office before, but I can truly say that Tara (the mail clerk ) makes me want to go mail something. Every time I've mailed a package there she not only makes me smile, she has everyone in there laughing, talking to each other and leaving feeling better than when they came in. She is also great at multitasking! She will never make you wait in the line if you just have to hand a package over to her. She could have four things going at once and never seems to drop the ball. I don't even live in Hampden but I would go to this post office over my own just to have five minutes of being around someone who truly seems to love her job and has a rare gift of making everyone around her feel special.

I never had so much fun mailing a package! Tara has such enthusiasm and energy, she makes a boring errand a bright spot in my day. Excellent service, multitasker, bright smile!
