(And there were many). If she didn’t know it or wasn’t confident, she confirmed with her supervisor. “I was so glad they opened a branch in Springfield. The people are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I love Florence Savings for many reasons, but one of the top perks is they cover the costs of other ATMs if you use your card for a few purchases and online payments each month, which I do anyway. So, if I can't get to a FSB ATM, FSB will reimburse the cost of using a direct one. That is a huge plus to me.”

“We bought landscaping rocks a few times from Chenier’s over the last 2-3 years and they have always been great. Friendly, and worked with us and advised us on what’s the best option for our needs. Delivery guys always worked with us to dump the rocks exactly where we wanted them. And the price was always the best in the area for us, not only for rocks but also for sand. Now we don’t search anymore when we need something, we already know that Chenier is our best option.”

“I came here after a bad experience at a BOA near where I live and received EXCELLENT customer service from the time I stepped in the door. Although their system was down at the time Maria took my information and ensured me that she would call me as soon as the system was back up and she was true to her words. She made it very easy and quick for me to complete my transactions the following day. Other branches of BOA can use a lesson from Longmeadow, and I live in CT!! I had to cross over the border to get great service. You will be seeing more of me at this branch! Thank you!!!”

“The staff here showed me that they care for the local community even though it is a national bank. I don’t bank here but my daughter who just learned about banks in preschool wanted to exchange some quarters for bills. We were turned away at Freedom Credit Union (the local bank) where we also don't bank (I bank online), they didn't care that it was just $6 in quarters and it was just for a child. I had to drive a tearful 4 year old over here after that experience. I am glad TD’s teller had more common sense than FCU’s.”
