I waited 8-9 minutes for the one car in the drive-thru lane to complete their pickup and then drove up to the window for my pickup. Only there wasn’t anyone there to help me! I waited for about 5-6 minutes and, still, no one came to the window to help me!

Toldmr I had to stand in line twice to pay for my six small additional item separately because the pharmacy teller was too lazy to ring up everything together. Despite the fact that there was no line or anyone else there. Not great customer service IMHO-probably won’t be buying any additional items here aside from my prescription which is conveniently located

It is WONDERFUL to have helpers during the process of checking out. At my local Hamilton, MA store there was one helper today and two helpers another day recently. Both were pleasant, patient, and hardworking. No customer should mind standing in line in this busy season if it’s obvious that the staff are there to make your checkout as quick as possible. THANK YOU!!!

The lady at the pharmacy pick up is very rude! The young man at the pharmacy drop off and the male nurse are very nice! The young man works at the CVS checkout is awesome!

Most of the people and pharmacists are super nice but there's always this lady at the drop off area who always is rude and judgmental to me and ignores me when I'm trying to drop off my prescription. She has this super judgmental attitude toward me because of the meds I take. One is for ADD and she refused to take my valid Rx because it was "expired" which didn't make any sense.

Nothing too special about this CVS. It's conveniently located for folks who live in town. It's a little small and dingy though.

I recently had one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time at the 15 Walnut Road CVS Pharmacy. It took forever to be acknowledged by one of the pharmacists, even though there was no line and they seemed to be just standing around. When I finally received some attention, I was handed around before anyone would listen to my question. I finally got to ask one about the presence of a common ingredient in their allergy medicine, and her response was one sentence: "The boxes have 800 numbers on them for a reason." And then she went back to standing around. Yikes! There are plenty of other CVS locations on the North Shore, and I recommend you go to them instead, like I'll be doing from now on!
