Walked in at 5:10 guy said he wouldn’t do a phone because it would take too long and they close at 6. Went to Hanover and they got it done way faster. Guy had no desire to do his job

Went in for new phone. We worked with Isaac. He went above and beyond helping me with my phone. The customer service at this location is far above other Verizon stores I have visited over the years.
