Long story short.
Went in to this location to get my partner a phone and add her to my plan. The sales rep told me they would take care of everything and showed me how little my bill would change.
Hundreds of dollars later and after scheduling phone calls with Verizon days in advance my bill is much higher then promised.
I do not know if they are trained to lie to you or it was just many honest mistakes. Save yourself the drive and just do it all online.

Blair, Gary and Jorge were excellent guides in purchasing new phones.
As new employee Jorge was very patient in answering , Gary filled in with additional information, and manager Blair’s intelligence and sense of humor made everything go smoothly.

The Hadley Verizon Wireless store has been our go to for support many years and the staff has always been most helpful and professional - to include our latest visit!! I want to extend a BIG THANKS and APPRECIATION to Kylo (Dan P.) who was so helpful assisting my husband and I to set up our new phones (IT isn't one of our competencies)!! Kylo was so reassuring every step of the way that our new phones would be set up perfectly and provided lots of support to us both - thank you, once again, Kylo for everything!! Also want to give thanks to Dan, the manager, for his support too!! Great service, Awesome Team!!?

If I could give the people who work at this Verizon store negative stars I would. Earlier this year I came in for a new home wireless kit and an upgrade on my cell phone. Incredibly, the guys at this place managed to make a huge mess out of my home wireless and cell phone. It took several hours on the phone and four separate trips to the store to fix all of the issues, some of which I am still dealing with four months later. It may be well located, but this Verizon is not worth the headache and all of the incompetency you encounter there. Try another store instead.

People in store are helpful. To call and get service, forget it. You can't get through to a person to help. Some locations say the store is open but you get there and it is closed. Maybe staffing issue?

Had to send a friend to that store because their phone couldn’t connect to a different network due to a carrier lock. The rep at the store probably wasn’t aware of what a carrier lock even was. They came back with some nonsense phrase about “internal antenna” being the issue. An internal antenna and a carrier lock have literally nothing to do with each other. They literally sound like startrek making up science words. Actual children work here who want to avoid a 10 minute call during the slow season in january to help a customer. Buyer beware.

I’d leave zero stars but I can’t, traded in phone during promo and the manager screwed my trade in up and now I’m stuck paying extra months later that they screwed up on. Don’t go here Verizon doesn’t care about you or the customer they just want your money.

As a young person, I’m used to a lack of respect when dealing with customer service. However, I never felt anything but respected in this store. I never got his name, but the first man to approach me showed he had a respect for my time and wanted to help. He had a southern accent and was very welcoming to everyone that came in. Once it was my turn, I was assisted by Matt. He was nothing but helpful and understanding of my issue. He talked to me with kindness and respect and was very easy to talk to. The staff were all super friendly, not just to the customers, but also were friendly with each other and seemed to be having a good time together; it was just, overall, a nice environment to be in. Thank you to Matt and all other employees in this store.
